Worst customer service ever. I have been charged for 3 groceries bag with 45$ dollars. Guess just a lesson to learn but stupid money for this ridiculous charge is insane. As per Red Arrow's reply.

This is all happening on Red Arrow private property. Paying customers are being ripped off, accosted, hassrrased.

You are also allowing Sun Taxi to fill your private parking lot and paying customers, seniors included, have to park across the street and walk over with bags and luggage.

Do you get a kick back larger than the income from paying customers to keep allowing this to happen all day long.

The Red Arrow Fort Mcmurray needs to do something about the situation with aggressive and disrespectful Cab drivers from Sun Taxi.

I am a paying customer, the service that Red Arrow provides is great, but this cab company is a stain on Red arrow.

The parking lot is full of disrespectful and aggressive cab drivers literally fighting (physical contact) for fares in the Red Arrow owned parking lot.

Paying customers can't get anywhere close to the location to load or unload in their own vehicles.

On top of that Sun Taxi drivers will literally rob you. I was quoted anywhere from $100 to $140 for my ride. I've called dispatch for the company and given a quote for $85.

My last ride, for the first time in my 50 years, the driver literally made me talk to his dispatch on his dirty cellphone to confirm he had a fate. If dispatch doesn't even trust their own drivers why should we.

It's disgusting behavior.

Depends which office. Purchased a ticket and called right away to cancel it within the 24hr notice. They "couldn't" refund me but instead said I could use the ticket "whenever". The changed the date and pushed it out 3 months, i guess 3 months is whenever. I had no reminder about it "expiring" nothing on my profile to tigger it or remind me. When I called about it it was just 2 weeks after it " expired" and they manager said they wouldn't do anything about it. Sad when a manager is ok with taking money from a customer and her child. And not willing to come up with another solution. Feeling hurt and heart broken over this.

I’ve taken the bus a few times. Always clean, safe and welcoming. Clean ticket office and friendly agents. After a very bad winter accident, I’m a nervous winter traveller…..Red Arrow fixes that for me. I always feel safe, warm and comfortable no matter what the weather when I take their busses!

It all depends on the bus driver which id is acceptable....my daughter had a hard time going home .. Although she used the exact same form of identification going to ft mac....whom ever was driving the bus to edmonton this morning at 815 am was so rude and no compassion. I will never understand why people who have a little power get to their head and probably enjoy saying no.....when she used the same id to come to ft mac... Also the ticket prices go up at seats fill up....they really want it all greeedy

I was more than pleased with my experience using the Red Arrow to travel to Edmonton. It was my 4 year olds first road trip on a bus like that and he did so awesome. The bus driver was super friendly and definitely helped make my son feel safe and comfortable. Only thing I would do different myself is bring cheap corded headphones so I can actually hear and enjoy the movies they played.

Go up
