Extremely satisfying and professional service, probably the best bike repair shop in Edmonton with great pricing!
Bought in my mountain bike for a major tune up and a lower dropper post service. A few days later I picked up my bike and i was completely blown away by the amazing bike tune up i received! Matt exceeded my expectation in every way. Bike rides super smooth, looks like its brand new and performs like never before. He even fixed my lower dropper post which other bike repair shops have not been able to before.

Big thumbs up! Can highly recommend for anyone looking for a bike service from someone with a lot of experience and knowledge! I will definitely be back for all my bike maintenance needs.

Very disappointed in the service my partner received for his escooter. The tire blew a month after the owner "fixed" it.. by stripping the screws so bad that it is not usable now without putting even more money into it. The owner charged $90 for a simple job that in my opinion he shouldnt have done. It is not ok because it was currently our only means of transportation and we need to pick up things for our job. if I could put a half star down I would.

Matt has been great at fixing all our bikes. Suspension, gears, cables, seat droppers, brakes, derailleur issues & stuff I don’t even know about. Often we can get same day service or a very quick 24 hour turn around. If parts are needed Matt lets us know what to buy and where and then he can do they installation. Matt is happy to educate while he works, he keeps my teen interested & on his bike all summer. Prices are very reasonable. Will never go to a big bike shop again. Very trustworthy bike mechanic.

Matthew is the best bike mechanic I've ever met. He is very professional, friendly and fast. The price is very very reasonable(price was so good so I asked him twice if he charged me right amount). I think every bikers should check with him first then go to other place. Recommend for anyone who has a bike. You won't be disappointed. Much appreciate Matt!!!

The fact that Matt let's you to continuously and personably communicate allows you to very accurately diagnose problems with your bike. As such, you know exactly what the cost is, you can bring the costs very low and he does all this with passion and care; both for fixing the bike and for the customer. I would also note that Matt's turnaround time is lightning fast. I went into this with the assumption that it would take numerous days if not weeks. Matt's major tuneup not only is more comprehensive than most other tuneups that other bike shops offer, he gets it done the same day and allows you to test ride it to confirm that it rides exactly how you like it and he will do adjustments on the spot accordingly. Please go here if you're looking to not wait hours in line at another shop and have your bike brought back to you weeks after dropping it off!!!

Great customer service and workmanship! My ebike motor stopped working and he literally solved the issue within seconds. Readjusted my brakes and the bike is good as new. Fair pricing and a friendly guy to deal with. Highly recommend.

We had a great experience with Matt at his shop. He did a tune up on my bike and replaced a few things. Took the bike for a ride after and it was wonderful! Thank you so much, Matt! We will be bringing my husband's bike in soon, as well. Highly recommend!
