Worst hospital and paramedics I've ever seen wernt trained how to move a senior that slipped had a head trauma bleeding extreme pain made my kokum freeze in the lobby were she fell at her apt the then paramedics were arguing over what to do. They didn't put my grandma on a flat board even though I told them she had a head and possible spinal trauma they didn't care she complained about sever neck pain. And they did even put a neck brace on to protect her neck. Then they couldn't figure out how to take the stretcher out of the ambulance so they called for a 2nd one then drove off with there back doors open on one ambulance. The paramedics were very rube and didn't show any concern for my grandmother. Now she's got a broken rib collar bone and brain bleed and is now sick due to slow response and extract time. I'll be doing a formal complaint to alberta health about the service and care given to a native 84 year old senior .my family and I are very concerned about the level of perfectionism given.

If you have an emergency do not go at this hospital, you’ll die but the doctor still won’t come. Bro took 1 hour to write a prescription and a nurse dropped off the prescription and said doctor wanted us to stick around because he wanted to tell us something, he finally came after 40 minutes just to say nothing.

I’ve been waiting here for over an hour and nobodies even seen me yet. I feel like this hospital needs more staff.

The walk in is faster than the emergency. If nobody see’s what’s wrong with that then I don’t even know what to say.

my sisters daugter fell an hit her head the doctor sent her home my sister brought her back they sent her home agian my sister brought her in agian an then they finally sent her to edmonton an my niece passed away that’s one of my sisters experiences in hp hospital moral of the story they don’t treat natives good in hp hospital

Took my disabled granddaughter to Emerg after 3 days of fever. All the staff, from the security guard, nurses and doctor, were excellent, pleasant and efficient to deal with. We got in immediately so she could lay down. The room was spacious and very clean. They were extremely patient with her and we were able to determine the issue and get the appropriate next steps in a reasonable amount of time. Hope I never need their services again but have nothing but positives from this visit. Thank You HP Health Complex.

Worst hospital ever, I was sitting in the room with extreme pain for 9 hours had to rip out the IV myself. I asked for help so many times and all I could hear was them talking about their personal lives doing nothing, I asked the lady to get out of there when she couldn’t get a blood pressure and she just ran out the room and didn’t come back, they poked both arms a few times cause they couldn’t find a vain I have bruises all over because of this, no pain medication for the torture as well. Don’t go here if u are in pain, I’d rather suffer and die in my own bed

Had my daughter here by planned c-section on May 22nd 2019. Had a great experience loved all my doctors and nurses. The only bad experience was the food!! Huge rooms and super comfy beds. Definitely recommend giving birth/having a c-section here.

Had my ultrasounds done here and the guy doing it has seemed so angry at both me and my boyfriend for absolutely no reason & doesn’t show me what’s happening during the ultrasound the entire time. At the end of my ultrasounds he would ask if I saw the baby & I said no & he’d get mad as if it was my fault. I enjoy every staff member I’ve talked to so far but him.
