I was heading from Mac to Saskatoon worked all day and Finally had to shut it down in the biche I was super surprised how modern the room was. Bed was clean and comfortable. Had a little kitchenette. Bathroom was super clean.
Was kinda bummed out I wasn’t able to stay longer. Would definitely stay again.

We booked but did not stay at this hotel. Staff was accommodating in cancelling our room after hearing our concerns. Rooms were disgusting, garbage outside of the door and the entire building smelled like stale smoke.

The jacuzzi room is worth the extra money. Gives you lots more room and a nice seating area in front of the fireplace. Beds are very comfortable. Rooms are clean. Would have given 5 stars, except the breakfast wasn't satisfactory. Each bin of hot food was almost empty and cross contamination was very bad. (I can't eat egg and there were eggs on every utensil).

Amazing place to stay at night my son loves to get a bag of popcorn. The bathroom is my favourite especially for the kids, the bathtub is about knee high very deep. The kitchen comes with everything you need. We love the free breakfast waffles is my favourite.

I’ve stayed at all the big brand hotels in Lac La Biche. BCM has the best and most comfortable beds with the best customer service of them all. Only negatives I can point out, it’s a motel. So you get some noise from above and outside which should be expected. Probably best to get a room on the second floor for a quieter experience. Second negative would be the breakfast. They have something for everyone but the hot portion like the eggs and potatoes need work. They could learn from the other big 2 hotels in town which does real scrambled eggs and bacon everyday with crispy potatoes and omelette stations a few times a week. But i would chose a more comfortable bed over a breakfast any day so when i come to town for work this is my go to accommodation!

Overall the hotel is ok. What was a disappointment was I travelled here with a colleague. Checked in only to find our room was a King and not two beds. Asked for a cot and was told to use the supplied comforters and sleep on the floor. Not the most professional response I was expecting from the front desk.
