5+++++Stars...We switched to High River Pharmachoice almost a year ago and I have to say Lucius is truly one of the kindest and most thoughtful pharmacists I have ever met. He consistently goes above and beyond for his customers, showing a level of care and dedication that is rare to find. No matter the situation, he always takes the time to listen, offer advice, and ensure that we have everything we need. His kindness, patience, and genuine concern for our well-being never go unnoticed. It’s not just a job to him—he truly cares about his customers, and that makes all the difference.

Lucius, we appreciate you more than words can express! Thank you for all that you do for us, day in and day out. You are an absolute blessing to our community!!

RAVE to the pharmacy downtown. I stopped into but ibuprofen and was shocked at the pricing of their generic brand called Option+ ... nearly half the price of the brand name but works exactly the same.

The Pharmacist was also wonderful to deal with.

I'm still in shock at the price difference. It's worth checking out.

This is hands down the best pharmacy in town, Lucius is one of the kindest and most discreet pharmacists i have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. He always makes sure my perscriptions are covered by my insurance before filling them and will always check for me when i inquire if a perscription will be covered. He also always has my perscriptions filled and ready whenever i go in without me even having to ask. I always laugh when i go into shoppers drugmart and see that long line of people waiting. Save time and maybe even money and go to High River Pharmacy. Lucius will take good care of you!

I have a hard time believing lucius yelled at anyone who was polite. I have called this guy time and time again inquiring about medications and coverage, taking up a lot of his time and he has been patient and cordial every time... ... just saying.

I am so glad that I have fully switched all my pharmacy needs to High River Pharmacy and Medical Supply! Lucius (the prescribing pharmacist and owner) is exactly what you look for in a family business. He is friendly, remembers your name, and he sticks to his business hours. He is knowledgeable and always willing to take the time to talk with you and help you figure out your needs. As a prescribing pharmacist, he has twice already saved me a week or more waiting time (to get into my doctor) for an urgent need, and both times what he prescribed worked perfectly. Both times he took the time to fill those prescriptions for me right away so I didn't have to return later. I can't say enough about this gem of a business. Give them a try, you'll be happy you did!

A couple of these reviews are nonsense and obviously from the same person. Shame on you for being a Karen and trying to ruin someone's business just because you can't get along with others.

I have gotten to know Lucius since my first post from when I first started going to Pharma Choice. I’ve come to find out that Lucius and his family have lived in high River for 15 years now. I’m all for supporting local businesses that are worthy of recommending to my family and friends.
Lucius and his staff are very friendly. He is knowledgable and takes the time to help you. I like how he genuinely cares about his clients and their needs.

I have recommended my family and friends to Pharma Choice. I had a issue for a few years and Lucius recommended over the counter solution. It has worked wonders. He takes his time to help me with any health concerns. I have chronic COPD so this is important to me.
He also offers delivery and is open seven days a week and open most holidays. Lucius truly enjoys what he does and this is why I’m taking the time to write a review.
