Rundle College is an amazing school. It’s hard to put into words, but it’s just an incredible school. Consistently ranked in the top 5 in the Province by the Fraser Institute, Rundle College, a university prep school, offers a strong academic component with the expectation that all students will attend a post-secondary institution of their choice after graduation. But, putting all that aside, in our experience, Rundle offers so much more. It is a school where the teachers know the students. They care about them. They want them to succeed.

With a strong reputation for excellence across the country, Rundle provides their students with all kinds of opportunities to showcase themselves as leaders. The school encourages the students to not only excel academically, but also participate in other activities, such as sports, clubs, and travel. They live by the motto - be kind, be curious and be well. Rundle College is determined to develop academically strong students but also well-rounded students and that philosophy is present every day.

We could not be more proud to send our kids to Rundle and we are so fortunate that we are able to do so. From the teachers to the admin staff to the custodians - they all care about our students and want to see them mature into good citizens and productive members of society.

Our oldest started at Rundle College for high school and after 2 years in the school we are very impressed with the whole experience. This is a school that is truly prepares students for the challenges that come with university studies. The academics are first rate starting with engaged and passionate teachers in smaller classes (15 students maximum). The workload is heavier than in public school with each course having homework and/or evaluations if not daily, then weekly. In addition, Rundle College has numerous clubs, athletic teams, international travel opportunities and promote leadership development through volunteering in the local community. We have been impressed enough by our experience with Rundle College that our youngest is starting there this fall

My kids have been attending Rundle College since the pandemic when the public system struggled with learning continuity. It was the best decision I've ever made for my kids' education. Besides experiencing happy, engaged teachers and a school that lives it's values, the single biggest game changer for us was the small class sizes which results in more personalization and attention from teachers. My kids will not get 'lost in the system' at Rundle and they are thriving.

I had the pleasure of enrolling my child in the summer camp at Rundle College in Calgary, and I must say that the experience exceeded all expectations. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that the camp was meticulously organized and focused on creating a fantastic experience for every child.

On the first meet, they were able to recognize both me and my child, which instantly made us feel like valued members of the Rundle College community. This level of familiarity and attentiveness translated into quick responses to any needs or concerns, showcasing their dedication to ensuring a positive experience for both parents and children.

Overall, my child and I thoroughly enjoyed our time at the Rundle College summer camp. The impeccable organization, friendly staff, engaging activities, and outstanding teacher-student interactions made it a truly exceptional experience. We're already looking forward to returning next year and creating more wonderful memories at Rundle College.

When I first moved to Calgary and looked for work as a teacher I substitute taught at a variety of different schools, both private and public. I chose to teach at Rundle for a number of different reasons. The biggest reason being the small town, family feeling, kind of “Cheers” atmosphere it had where everybody knows your name. With small class sizes teachers have the opportunity to really get to know each student and personalize their learning. I’ve been teaching for Rundle for 15 years now. I’ve stayed because Rundle is always improving and striving to offer the best education for students possible.

My daughter attended Rundle College for five years and then left to attend a hockey program, however, she soon realized how much she missed her teachers at Rundle. She returned for her grade 12 year and had a great experience! You know you're in the right place when your daughter's math teacher attends her hockey game to cheer her on! Best family decision we made was choosing Rundle.
