Great selection of both professional and retail shops. There are 2 family doctor offices. The parking lot is very busy during the day. Watch out for the speed bumps in the parking lot. Love the restaurant selection including Delux Burger bar amd South Coast Burger Company.

This Ricky / Fatburger combo here is really great. It was previously a deluxe burger bar, so, much of the lay out is the same, roomy open concept. Excellent quality, very friendly staff, clean and nicely lit. I suggest having the mushroom Swiss, best burger ever. Portions exceed expectations. Make sure you're hungry when you come here, you'll leave plenty satisfied.

The access in and out of here is a nightmare, the parking lot is crowded and hardly navigable but as a major plus I often see news interviews with handsome CTV reporters in the parking lot here.
This says to me "The people who shop here are smart, and up on current events" so that's why I linger around here.
Hopefully someday one of those handsome reporters stops me and says "Hey man, what do you think about stuff?" and finally I will be able to share my opinions in a nice 13 second sound-bite on the evening news instead of on Google Maps.

Parking lot has too many parking restrictions. Good luck trying to get parking on tuesdays when save on has their sales. 8 large speed bumps are overkill, I’ve seen elderly fall and injure themselves badly. Trash cans always overflowing

The name sounds impressive but not too many business shops within the small centre....not too many parking spots. When a centre is not bustling, the business owner is tightening everything, not too many customers, it even affects the employees who are wondering what to do with their lively hood...anyway stress for everyone.......
