Four Winds Public School is a welcoming, warm and supportive middle school. We have been part of this school community for several years and thrive in the environment created by the administration. There has been a steady hand at the helm for the time we have been at the school. We find the school inclusive and to be a safe place for the students we know. The athletic program is well supported and the teams are becoming a force to be reckoned with in the area. The STEAM and Sports Academy are in high demand and support a wide range of student interests.

I'm sure it's not an easy time to be an educator in Alberta, but the staff and administration at this school to a great job of making all the kids feel included and respected. My two kids are thriving at Four Winds, including my kid with a learning disability, thanks in no small part to several teachers who go above and beyond to support and accommodate them.

I don't want to give the impression all the teachers are great; your mileage may vary but that's just life. We've certainly had some troubles with teachers, but never anything that couldn't be resolved with a respectful discussion. I'd definitely recommend Four Winds!

Over this last school year Four Winds has accomplished amazing growth and change towards being a more inclusive and bully free school. We have a special little guy who has been going here over the last few years. The first year or two was trying. But Savanah Bosch has turned it right around with her out of the box thinking! My kiddo is happy to go to school and has the best stories when he comes home! When there is an incident the school already has a plan on educating and helping the students improve as well. All around a great school for us.

We moved to Morinville this year and our son is attending Four Winds in grade 9. Everyone has been welcoming and the teachers have been amazing. They’re supportive, communicative and my son loves all his classes. We’ve been impressed with the choices and options with CTF and love all the field trips that have been organized (and it’s still only Nov.) We are so appreciative of everything this school has had to offer, and the peace of mind knowing our kid is going to be properly prepared for high school.

We moved here from a big city, and the difference in the staff is incredible. It’s amazing to know my daughter has teachers and faculty that care about her well being and education. Always friendly, and happy to help if I call in. Amazing school!!

I, and both my sons, have had the most wonderful experience at FWPS. The staff are friendly and helpful, teachers go above and beyond consistently, and the extracurriculars are plentiful! The school itself is beautiful, and my sons have especially enjoyed STEAM Academy and the Inspire class. Keep up the good work, FWPS!
