Went to Crockett today to get my winter tires on. Manager was very pleasant and the shop guys had my tires swapped out in a jiffy. Even changed my damaged nut with an in stock nut... glad they had that! And I must admit I liked the fact the manager was a lady because not all mechanic/parts shops treat women with respect and honesty.

All their parts seem to be great prices too (I got brake pads for my Camry from them last month too and their prices are very competitive with other shops). And gotta love friendly small town service!! Thank you!

I have been going to Crockett Automotive for years, with several different vehicles. The staff is always friendly and knowledgeable. The mechanics are great. I’ve never had any issues with the shop, the people or the work they do. Best mechanic shop I’ve ever used.

I needed a new battery, car wouldn’t start for me to get it two blocks to them so they sent one of their guys with a booster pack. He got it started and took it to the shop for me. I’m very grateful for that kind of customer service…especially in -38 with a wind chill weather!! We’ll done Crocket Automotive!!

The mechanics are too busy to run a scan on my car. And too busy to help a 82 yr ol man push my car onto the trailer. Obviously I wouldn't get no work done there. Shout out to the tow truck driver tho.
Even the coffee was cold!
I'll never suggest this place to anyone!!!!!

My friends truck broke down and she stored it here for a month. There was no prior discussion about there being a cost to store it. They charged her 125 for a “diagnosis” which ultimately was they filled up one tire and charged the battery. However when we got there to pick it up the tire was flat and the battery was dead. The woman working called us names and was aggressive and threatening to call the cops because we couldn’t get it on the trailer because of the flat tire

The staff and owners are very friendly and knowledgeable, if they don’t have what we need they will gladly order it in! There is also a wonderful front shopping area stocked with everything imaginable
