I trained with Gk Performance this past summer. Jeff is a very knowledgeable at what he does. Hands down the best off season training I have received. Along with this, the gym is a very welcoming place. I would 100% recommend going here.

I have been training with GK for 4+ years now. First and foremost Jeff is a very friendly, easy going guy. No matter who you are he will make you feel welcome and motivated upon arrival. I started training with him when I was 15 and he has brought me to a level of athleticism I never would have came close to on my own. At that age you are still figuring out the kind of person you want to be and he has without a doubt been one of my biggest role models growing up, teaching me valuable skills about integrity and work ethic that I have taken with me in and outside of the gym. I would highly recommend GK performance to anyone!

Started training with Jeff 6 years ago when I was 42.And now I am in better shape than I was in my thirties.
He is very accommodating on schedule I have trained at 5 in the morning or ten at night.He always makes something work.
The training programs are versatile and adapt to your strengths while strengthening your weaknesses.
I would highly recommend Jeff as a trainer in fact two of my family members are trained by Jeff.
If your looking for a no nonsense workout with a highly qualified trainer that produces results, GK Performance is your answer.
To top it all off Jeff's gym is opened 24/7 for all those times you would like to get in that extra work.

My wife and I have been training with Jeff for almost 4 years now. I highly recommend training with Jeff, he was able to help my wife and I get great muscle definition and get much stronger. We are now in our early 30’s and have never felt better. He writes great programs that vary from person to person depending on your strengths and weaknesses. Or depending on what your goals are. GK performance is THE best gym in the edmonton area no questions asked, It is in a easily accessible quite area with lots of parking and feels like a real gym once your inside. I have been with Jeff for 3 years now and I haven’t felt better in my life from strength to personality it has changed who I am and I’m sure the others will agree with me. Jeff also provides a simple and affordable payment plan which is a lifesaver compared to the other gyms in the area.
