I think Kanga and Roos is a good daycare, our son started at the daycare in May, it didn’t take him long to settle in, their nursery staff are really good, and the other staff when I go to drop off or pick up are alway friendly. The facility is always clean, we get regular updates on the brightwheel app to see what our little man is doing every day. New owners recently took over in July and so far I see all positive changes. The only thing that could be an issue is they experience staff shortages, not sure why this happens but hopefully the new owners can find a way to fix this.

My children just LOVE going to Kanga and Roos! We love how it backs onto a large field with the playground and splash park. The kids are always over there playing in the fresh air. It’s perfect! The staff are amazing!! Any questions or concerns, they’re always easily approachable and quick to respond! They keep the littles busy with all kinds of fun activities! I enjoy alllllll the artwork and stories I get when I pick them up!🥰 1 happy momma here!

My son went here for osc when we first moved to morinville and he can be a lot to handle at times as he has adhd. He built some great bonds with some of the staff and the kids. When I got pregnant with my daughter I already knew I was going to bring her there because my sister had her girls in with Olga, who works with the babies and she’s absolutely wonderful. My daughter loved her instantly. She’s now in the toddler room and there are three of the staff who are like her daycare moms. She loves it there and the other staff are great as well! Especially thru all this covid-19 stuff it makes me happy knowing she’s safe and in good hands while I have to work.

We have had our two sons going to this daycare for some time and both my boys love it there. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Often they seem to go above and beyond to ensure that the kids have good days. I also enjoy recieving email updates from them about my boys. Some times the email even includes pictures of their day.

It is also important to point out how professional they are. Any time there is an incident, ranging from a bee sting to a scrape from playing I am informed with a written report. Honestly we have tried alot of different places for child care and Kanga & Roo's has set the bar incredibly high. Would certainly recommend this establishment to anyone looking for a great enviroment for their child care needs.

would not recommend. Not enough staff for supervision and refused to refund $860 after we discovered that our child not being well cared for, only used 6 days out of the month This was in fact 2018, I have records and receipts.

Good Morning,
I am writing to request in good faith a return of partial month for *. She was afraid to return to the centre and we do not believe the hitting issue was dealt with, we only became aware when she finally voiced to us what was happening, and her being extremely upset at the thought of returning was not a good indication of her well being. We ask that we pay 9 days out of 23 for the month of January ( she attended 7 days in total), a refund of $511.28. There is no way she will return, and due to the situation it was not possible to wait.

Great daycare my daughter goes there and is always excited to go play with friends and see the staff. They put the kids first and are always planning fun activities for the kids. Would definitely recommend for child care.

October 28th 4:45pm. Have a talk with staff. A little boy less than 2 years old in a red t-shirt. Outside while staff and all other children are outside BUNDLED with jackets. WHY IS HE BEING NEGLECTED!?!?!? WHY DOESNT HE HAVE A COAT ON !?!?!? FAILURE TO PROVIDE BASIC NECESSITIES FOR CHILDREN.
