School is Great, but more importantly, Neil. Now what can I say about Neil? Well- he's everything. Neil is the sun, he is the stars that light the way, Neil is the one who makes this place move. If it weren't for Neil, this place would be abolished.

Neil saved my life. He dove straight into a burring vat of oil and pulled me out of it. I owe Neil my life. I shall forever be in his debt. If Neil calls for aid. I will Answer.

Pros:
-Excellent, Kind, Staff who try their hardest every day
-Strong Counselling and Wellness team that cares for students who open up
-Variety of athletic and artistic programs that allow students to practically do whatever they want.
-integration with the work experience program to ensure students can get into the trades
-Super caretaking team that works hard for the school
-Admin is mostly made up of people that solve problems and think creatively
-Dual credit courses with the University of Lethbridge
-Tim Hortons, No frills, and McDonald's nearby

Cons:
-Lack of Academic programs for students focused on that path
-Serious drug usage issues, rumor has it students are using hard drugs on school property. However that is just a rumor.
-Bathrooms are a (metaphorical) biohazard, and feel unsafe
-New Principal is not trusted by students yet (see other review about the girls washroom)
-Temporary issues over the Alberta government's phone policy

Could be Pro could be Con:
-Large student and staff population
-Many events to get involved in

Overall Review: Excellent high school that faces the issues all high schools face. If you are in the area, consider attendance or sending your kids.
Bonus note: all hail lord Neil the greatest and grandest of all time

The new principal Keith feels that it’s appropriate to look/go into the girls washroom to check if people are on their phones or vaping. It is absolutely unacceptable and unprofessional for any male to look or go into the girls washroom. We have a female assistant principal so there’s really no excuse. I’ve had this experience and many other girls have had the same uncomfortable experience as well. The bathrooms are open door so it’s just a room with stalls so it’s not like he couldn’t tell from outside if an emergency occurred I can’t think of any possible reason for this to be okay and it needs to stop because it’s creepy.

School is alright but I saw Neil run into a burning building one day. Just before it collapsed, he ran out with a box of kittens and 5 orphans and was so nonchalant about it. Coolest guy I ever met.

I've been at this school for a bit now. And Neil has changed my whole view on this world for the better. My life had been changed and I can't thank Neil enough for guiding me to this new great chapter in my life. Thank you.

I once read a review here saying, “that Neil guy is so godly” and that he can “do anything”, leaving people speechless in his presence. 4 years later from reading this review, I am so glad I found it and thereafter made the decision to attend Chinook high school. I found that Neil really is the person for every job, and furthermore that he is not a person, (as he may look at first) but a supreme being. In conclusion I would say he made a significant-godly, if you will- impact on my high school experience, and I would like to celebrate him with this full circle moment. 11/10 would recommend.
