The lady that did my son's exam was fantastic. She took the time to build rapport with my 5 year old. Allowing him to feel at ease. She also asked if he wanted to see what was going on inside his tummy on the TV, which he did. She kept him engaged and even educated him as to what was on the screen. Giving him the chance to identify what he was seeing first, then leading him to the answer. He had a smile on his face the whole time. Just because of how good she was with him. I also really appreciated her emphasizing how full his bladder was, as he doesn't feel the fullness till he really has to pee NOW!! She validated what I had said to him about needing to pee, which was great! She went above and beyond to ensure he was comfortable.

Reception staff were great and my appointment was right on time. I was in for a mammogram and actually knew my tech, which could have been awkward for some people when you aren’t expecting to see someone you know. She was very professional, broke any insecurities I had (as a person she knows as an acquaintance that normally doesn’t see me in private way) by making a little joke that made us both laugh, which I appreciated. Before and during the exam she was very informative of what to expect (it was my first mammogram). She told me step by step what she was doing as she did the mammogram, she was a gentle as she could be and she answered all my questions.

My boyfriend had an appointment for an ultrasound. He took time off work for the appointment but we were never informed that it was at a different location from where w booked it. By the time we got there we were told that we would have 4 minutes to make it across town to the other location before we were considered a no show. If they are going to use 2 location they should improve their communication skills, both with patients as well as with the other office.
