L'hotel est nouvelle, et en bonne condition. Le dejeuner est bon, et les lits sont confortables.

Great hotel to stay at. Comfortable and quiet. I stay here for business whenever business takes me to lacombe. Good breakfast with a good selection. Friendly staff willing to do the extra to make the stay a good value for the dollar. Rooms are clean and spacious. I have not had any trouble getting a good nights sleep here.

Building and room are nice and well kept. Plenty of parking. Only complaints are the bed I didn't find to be vet comfortable and the pillows were absolutely horrible. Woke up with a sore neck. Also, what happened to being provided at the very least bottled water in the fridges? That should be a basic service in my opinion. Just as other hotels provide a stocked fridge (you pay an arm and a leg for whatever you take but at least you are able to have something on hand if needed) but man with the prices of stuff these days, you literally get the bare minimum, sometimes IF that. But otherwise, it was an overall good stay.

Was here for a hockey tournament - everything was amazing!! nice modern, clean hotel. Pool was a plus. Breakfast had a great selection and higher quality food than I've experienced at many hotels! We rented the boardroom - and it was fantastic also.

Just tried to books room at the Best Western in Lacombe Alberta,for one night on Saturday February 8.
I was told by hotel staff there is a two night minimum stay on weekends.
Pretty cheesey ,!!!!!
This is Lacombe not Hawaii.
Is business really that good in Lacombe to impose a two night minimum stay.
Ridiculous!!!
Will take my money and spend it at a different hotel as Best Western just lost my business!!
They should look up the meaning of the words customer service in a dictionary.
This gives Lacombe a bad rap!!!

The hotel is in great shape. Rooms are clean and comfortable. The breakfast staff are friendly and attentive, and the hot food menu changed each day. The front desk and management went above and beyond to accommodate us when we were in a bind. Highly recommend this hotel!

Meagan from reception was amazing at operating the hotel while there was a massive snow storm and more clients than the hotel was expecting on a regular Tuesday night, and with her as the only receptionist to run everything (and still manage to put on a breakfast the next morning). INCREDIBLE job 👏

Best Westerns are my favorite hotel chain and the Lacombe Best Western location is another great example. Comfortable, well appointed rooms, great WiFi, lovely morning breakfast, good staff, easy parking, pool looked nice. I'd stay there again!
