If I could give zero stars for Dr. Playfair I would. He discriminated me against my age. Saying that no treatments would work. He didn't explain to me anything about why these treatments would not work. He did not explain any treatment options at all. I highly recommend you find a different doctor if you have an appointment with this physician. When I spoke to front reception she just said oh, there's some some bad reviews and some good reviews and I'm sorry you had a bad experience. This doesn't excuse the fact that the doctor was not very thorough and just told me that no treatments would work because I'm so young. I highly recommend not visiting this clinic and finding alternative practices.

Dr. Playfair is an incredible physician . His treatments have helped me deal with my chronic pain and as a result I am meeting my goals which are the following: 1) having less pain and 2) taking less pain medication. His calm demeanor and positive approach has helped me persevere through the painful procedures that I undergo at this clinic. I am very grateful for the treatment that I receive there. Thank you Dr Playfair and the staff at the clinic!

If you have hypermobility issues this clinic will be a waste of your time. The doctor I saw knew nothing about it and was borderline suggesting that my spinal issues were in my head despite having them confirmed by 2 spinal surgeons, a neuro-urologist, a GP, 2 chiropractors, and I was a part of a study at Cornell treating connective tissue disorders. If he was open to learning about it I would've given a positive review but he made it clear he had no interest

The secretaries were nice to me, but they gave me a stronger impression that the doctors were more current on research related to connective tissue treatments. I wouldn't have made the appointment if I'd known they know nothing about hypermobility

They were able to help me with one of the treatments. The doctor answered all of my questions, even specific questions related to a very recently published paper on the subject. If the ladies at the front weren't so scatter brained, I'm sure patients would have a better experience and the clinic would have more patients. I've read the other reviews and most of the people leaving bad reviews are because they are beyond what this clinic can treat without surgery or they had their feelings hurt by tough questions.

The prices were comparable for the treatment I needed at this clinic compared to others in central Alberta and my friend has great results after one treatment and I have great results after one treatment. But the scatterbrains at the front desk sure don't help things flow smoothly.(-1*)

Very professional and the friendliest staff ever.
I have had 2 Radio Frequency Neurotomies and have had zero back pain after each procedure.
Strongly recommend anyone suffering from chronic pain to have your doctor refer them for you.
You will not regret it.

It was fine up until i had to talk with the doctor. I find it really unprofessional and disrespectful when the doctor talks over their patients, and doesn't give them time to answer the questions or does but doesn't let the patient explains, cuts them off by talking over them and proceed with the next question. I also do not like it when the doctor made assumptions based on what I was saying, and not letting me clarify. I'm there to explain my issue because my family doctor thought it was beneficial, i did not go to just be disrespected and talked over. I frankly feel very disrespected at how I was treated in this clinic.
