Have not had a single good experience here. Anytime I go the staff always act like it’s the worst thing in the world that they have to do their job. Like customers are the most inconvenient thing ever. The staff absolutely talk down about people when they aren’t around. Went back to my vehicle to grab another bag and could hear them laughing and cracking jokes about me. I will take my recycling out of town before I ever go back again. If there was someone I could report them to I would.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Great music playing, makes waiting inane easier. The staff were also quick and efficient shout out to the real young guy who helped my elderly father and I. He was very respectful with my father, very important tome.

I love this place, take my kids there every time. Friendly everything and everybody just happy and working hard. Fast turn around, I now drive 2 hours since moving to go back to those wonderful people and make a day out of it. Great with the kids and great with customers. Keep up the good work folks!!!!!

Worst bottle depot experience ever. I went there yesterday with 4 bags of bottles. I stood in line for 45 minutes!!!!! There were only 4 people in front of me. The employees were preoccupied with talking amongst each other rather than doing their job. Extremely frustrating. Also, the building is very trashed. There is stuff everywhere and there's a lingering foul odour. A good clean is needed. Wont be going back!!

Clearly they have counting issues!! I took in easy $40 worth of bottles and I only got $23 bucks. I constantly take in around $30-$40 worth of bottles...the amount I brought in was easily $40+... not impressed. I will go elsewhere... it's worth the cost of fuel with them so called miss counting!!

Terrible. Count was way off. Not worth fighting them over it in my opinion. Rude customer service. Strongly recommend elsewhere to recycle. I won't go back there

Terrible service. Always very slow. Defensive and uncommunicative staff. Only place in town so am forced to go here. I am trying to kill them with kindness and still tip but man it's brutal here lol
