The coordinated and collaborative efforts of the entire team at SAM was so refreshing! The staff were very upbeat and friendly and created an atmosphere that immediately puts you at ease! I am going through phone misery as well. SAM’s follow up care is very rude! If you don't like your job move on! Surely there is someone out there that is caring, thoughtful and won’t raise my blood pressure more than it already is.

Poor phone system, poor attitudes, and poor service. They have no respect for your time and struggle to understand that their patients have schedules that will often conflict with their available times. They lack professionalism and communication skills are non-existent.

Telephone service was absolutely terrible at your facility. My mother had an echo Cardiogram scheduled and we had to drive over 100 km to get there. Appointment was 2:30 and tried to call to confirm starting around 10. No callback as was promised on the machine so we decided to take a chance. Left 4 messages and finally go a call back early afternoon! The receptionist was annoyed at us and now our number has been blocked by your facility. This is not very professional to us. Let us know when our number is unblocked!

The physicians are wonderful. However, as a chronically ill person who can't answer every phone call, it is frustrating to find I had been discharged when I was simply too ill to phone back. Being transparent, I understand phoning 3 business days in a row between 0800 and 1000 am is your policy, however, many times my illnesses ramp up for days at a time. This makes booking and/or connecting with someone nearly impossible due to the policy where every phone call goes to voicemail.

Reception was great, however the place was super unprofessional. Appt was at 11:20 didn’t get in till 12:30 and finished at 1:30 for an echocardiogram, not cool when you have a job to get back to. Also couldn’t explain what he wanted me to do and just grabbed me to be positioned, not acceptable at any office in my opinion.
