I had an extremely unpleasant experience with this company. The individual who answered my call was rude and shockingly incompetent. To make matters worse, she hung up on me mid-conversation. This business is more focused on squeezing money out of customers than providing any semblance of decent service. I placed an order in the first week of December, and I have yet to receive it. This level of unprofessionalism and lack of accountability is unacceptable. I would strongly advise against doing business with them.

I ordered online over a month ago, products saying In stock on the website were not actually there to purchase. I received a notification saying they were on order and will ship with a tracking number once they are in, the full amount was charged to me ( nearly $400) 4 weeks later I still have not received my shipment. When I called a woman “looked it up” and said she “thinks it shipped” blaming Canada post for their delays. But couldn't verify for sure. So I could call the next day to speak with the owner. I inquired about just cancelling my order due to the lack of communication and the fact that I had paid for clothing that still hadn’t been received to the store. And Unfortunately there is a no cash return policy. ( which is a drop down on the q&a on her webpage )I made known to her I was very upset about the lack of communication on her part and the fact she sold me clothing that wasn’t in stock and never given the option to ship without the items. TOTAL MONEY GRAB. I will never purchase from this company again, and wanted to advise those shopping. “Consider other retailers” apparently mine will be shipped once the other items are in , roughly next week.

Totally worth shopping here even if you live over 1000km away. They made shopping over the phone a breeze. I ended up with scrubs that fit perfectly and that I love so much I turned around and sold all my FIGS scrubs so I could purchase more from My Scrubs. Highly recommend. I wont be retturrning to FIGS after my experience with amazing customer service and the quality here.

Customer Service could be improved. I felt it was a hit or miss when asking questions. I would receive different information and direction from different staff. One told me they would call me when my order arrived and another told me it was my responsibility to check back in or my order could be given away, due to first come first serve. I felt taken care of well on one visit and the next visit I wanted to order a new size, and felt I was “inconveniencing” the staff. I asked to try on a different size but I was told it wouldn’t make a difference… needless to say I left that day without purchasing anything else. Nice selection of items throughout the store. I give it 2/5 on how likely I would be in returning. I would give them an another chance in case this was just a bad day as people often have. If you are looking for affordability, this is on the pricier side in comparison to the scrub sales that come to town. Dickie’s, myscubscanada.ca, Marks Work-warehouse, and MyScubs (online) is also cheaper (offering student discounts and you can find coupons too). They deliver to your door, if you’re looking to save money.

The scrub selection there - amazing.. the staff that work there - WAY TO PUSHY. I just want to browse without being thrown 100 different things to try on that I have stated I don’t like and have tried before. They push you to buy things and take it to an extreme level. The staff also argued with me on what style of scrubs I like. I say I don’t like straight leg pants, they argue and say “if you try these straight leg pants you’ll love them, everyone loves them” if you say you wear a tall size they argue and say “well if you’d wear this size you could just wear regular length”. The selection is great but the staff are FAR too annoying and pushy to shop there

I was able to do all my ordering through Instagram messaging as I do not live close enough to go shopping at their store. They have the best selections of Form by Cherokee scrubs around! Working in the emergency veterinary industry my schedule is all over the place. The owner was very accommodating and we did the entire transaction through messaging. They were shipped and I received them right away! Love my olive colour scrubs! Thank you, I will be contacting you for another set of forms very soon!

I tried placing an order through Instagram with this business after reading a review from another customer saying that the staff went above and beyond. I was sorely mistaken.

I am a student, and the owner almost refused to give me the advertised student discount, and evaded all my questions through messaging me and kept telling me to call the store. When I told them I didn't have long distance calling on my phone they still kept trying to get me to call the store, instead of them asking how they could contact me to make the sale. When I was able to finally call using a long distance calling card, the owner was rude and not forth coming with costs of anything. She tried to upsell me at every turn. I would have considered purchasing the scrubs I was looking for through an online store since I knew the fit/style/size I was looking for, but the owner doesn't have an online store and stated that it would be "too difficult" to manage an online store.

As a paying customer, I would consider going elsewhere before ordering from this particular company as it seems customer service is not their strong suit. Turns out that if you leave a bad review they block you on social media as well.

I personally only like to wear FORM scrubs and this is the only place to buy them in town. My last time visiting I was trying some new colours on and I am extremely unhappy with how I was treated. I personally like to wear Petite scrubs due to the length regardless of wether or not I’m short I prefer petite pants. When asking for assistance with the petite pants the owner of the store then said to me “oh your not petite” I then proceeded to explain to her why I like petite pants over regular length (not that I should have to explain myself when purchasing what I want ) she continued to go on and on about how I am not petite and how I will not like the way they’ll fit. She said word for word “look at you your not petite” I have never felt so extremely embarrassed and belittled by another woman shopping in my entire life. Took everything in me to not cry in the change room. Shame on you. I will not be back. I also am having a friend share my story because I’m not wanting my name posted. Next time I need form I will be travelling or buying second hand. This is not to mention how pushy the woman in this store are. They try to force you buy things no matter what you say. It is so frustrating.
