The parking lot was not easy to find the first time. Nicely organized library with a different spread of books then the library downtown. Staff were kind and helpful when answering my questions.

Lovely library. The kid’s area is great- lots of toys, crafts, books of course, and even board games. Staff seem friendly too.
The biggest downside are the teenagers coming in from the Chinook high school. Their behaviour is appalling. Vulgar language, disrespectful, and rowdy. They should be banned for this kind of bratty, immature and entitled behaviour. It is concerning when toddlers and children demonstrate more restraint than a soon to be young adult.

Rented a little family and friends room inside the library for a birthday party absolutely fabulous and some toys in it and the price is very reasonable

The Crossings West Lethbridge Library location is fantastic. A great building with friendly staff and a huge selection of books, DVDs, puzzles, toys and more to borrow. We always love to check out the free craft kits too. I'm so appreciative to have such a fantastic community hub on the west side.

Love the library, programs, and staff. My son often goes with me as they have a wonderful free walk-in toy library. However, was very surprised to see a tampon machine in the men's bathroom. Hard to explain that one to my 2yr old son.
