They're in it for the money they use to make. It cheaper by how much money you get a month but now it's cheaper to find your own place to rent cause you can find cheaper places.

Anyone needing medical attention in there appartment buildings can't in the pm do to the apartments building doors being locked up so tight that an ambulance medical personal can't get into the building to give medical attention. And if someone dies do to this issue I can see community housing getting sued do to this!!!!

I've been on their backsides about needing to get my rent subsidized. It almost seems like they want you homeless before taking action. I'll be 67 this year and am not going to be go homeless for anyone. I'm glad I demanded to see my file as they didn't have me down paying utilities. I'm also epileptic and have concerns about being on the top floor. Have requested multiple times to be lowered to a lower floor. But the manager has ignored my requests for my personal safety. Not impressed.

They're great and do the best they can with what they've got. Dealt with them since 2019, it's 2020 now, I could complain about the timing sometimes if I wanted to, but the friendliness and the good results always make up for it.
