This is now my second injury I am having treated at Momentum. Both times I have been extremally impressed with the knowledge and care I have received from the physio. I am currently seeing Taylor and he has been wonderful. He was able to diagnose my injury and give me stretches and strength exercises to aid in my recovery which in turn gave me some much needed hope.

I had come into physiotherapy not knowing what to expect, previously I believed I could heal my own injury (which would be assessed as a 2nd grade mcl sprain) with informative youtube videos and time away from my sport. After reinjuring 4 times I decided to take a chance and what I found was an amazing group of people. I had the pleasure of working with Catherine Stoyles whose knowledge, personality, and attentiveness to detail made me excited to come back to rehab every appointment. All of the equipment and tools they have at hand helped me regain strength and confidence in my body. Post treatment and staying true to the skills I gained from them i went from crutches to winning back to back tournaments for basketball. I feel like it’s rare to find a place that will match the energy you require at your pace, so if you choose this gem in the city make sure to appreciate the time and people you interact with. My mental and physical health have never been better, so thank you Cathrine and everyone at momentum for giving me my life back!!

Although I have been a physio patient of Momentum for years, I recently had my first massage treatment by Dave. I cannot speak highly enough of the experience! I have been using massage therapy for my many back, neck, leg and hip ailments for many years and Dave by far is one of the best therapists I have ever seen. Although it certainly isn't a painless process, it is without doubt a process to get you on the healing path. If you are looking for someone to really dig deep and treat problem areas to find release and healing I highly recommend Dave!

I have been going to see Jamie for 1/2 year. She is amazing and wonderful. She takes the time to listen, and is very helpful with my mobility and pain management. Mikaela is also wonderful and very friendly at the front desk.
George is so kind and friendly also. I never wait for the heat and tens machine from him. Matt does a great job demonstrating the exercises required. Wonderful place to go to!

Had my first treatment with Stephen the other day. Stephen was very professional and personable. He asked lots of questions and explained what he was sure the problem was and the plan to fix it. Gave me exercises to help with healing process. All the staff was very friendly and helpful. Would certainly recommend Stephen to Friends.

I’ve been to Momentum physical Therapy twice with different issues. The first time I needed therapy on my wrist. That experience was fantastic, so when I experienced issues with my hip, I returned. My therapist was Victoria. She educated me and explained to me what was going on with my hip. After 8ish treatments I felt so much better. Thanks, Victoria. I especially like the open atmosphere at Momentum. I have no doubts that I will be back at some point. (Aging can be difficult) 😉 I mustn’t forget the gym staff……absolutely great!
