Sold me a great bike and follow up service has been wonderful. Just had my complimentary service done by Jack at Okotoks, wow, super professional job. Took a lot of extra time to patiently answer all my questions and then did a wonderful job of tuning the bike up and checking it out for me. My bike looks great and works far too well to ride in the mud and snow mix we have now so I'm going to put it to bed for the winter secure in the knowledge that when I bust it out next spring its going to be ready to ride. Thanks for the super job Jack.

My Specialized Carbon Levo Mountain bike wouldn’t start for the last year, being a rather expensive bike around 11grand I was a little worried about the bill. Anyway I took it into Ridley’s a couple of days ago. Jack at their Okotoks shop fixed it for me and the bill wasunder 31 dollars . These guys are friendly, know their shit and are Honest. I would give these guys a 10 out of 10x

Always a solid experience at Ridley's. I've been coming here since 2019 after being competitive rider many years ago and was looking for a decent full suspension trail bike. Logan helped me out on that first experience and throughout the last 4 years since. I've done several upgrades to my bike and also purchased an additional bike for my son and the service has been amazing through and through. The staff is knowledgeable, parts selection is vast and the mechanics to know exactly what they are doing. I've never felt that anyone here was pressuring by any means and all the advice was sound. Definitely check out this location. If you need anything from just a casual bike to something really serious. They have it all. Thanks again guys for the great experience. But with Logan, and Carson have been my go-to guys over the years and never let me down

I'd like to make a kind word about one of your employees: Chris, He is one of your staff at your Ridley's Cycle Okotoks branch store.
I brought my IBIS HD6 2024 carbon frame last August 15 and I'm so excited cuz It's my first enduro bike! And honestly, I know how to ride a bike but I really don't know yet what is the best quality of gear and equipment to buy for enduro bike, and Chris helped me. He explained to me what's the best quality and safety gear to buy like Helmet and knee pad, shoes for enduro pedal, tools and bicycle bag. He also, adjust the air pressure of front and rear suspension through my height and weight. Kudos to you Chris! Also, i would like to say thank you for the Manager on this store who helped me about the documents I need to send. So I highly recommend this store! 5/5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Not enough stars to rate such amazing, personal service and kindness. Thanks especially to the bike tech, didn't catch his name sorry. He helped me pick out tubeless sealant & an injection system, and taught me the mech skills to take care of my own sealant forever.
