Really clean wash bays, well-stocked supplies. The young lady working on January 8th in the afternoon was very helpful and friendly. It was my first time using this self-wash and I didn't know how their system worked. She saw that I needed assistance and got me sorted out right away!

Ive used this place twice now. Both times i got home and exited my car and it still has a dirt line down the middle . Wont be back for touchless again . Can do a better job myself .
Edit: my car was not that dirty and i picked the appropriate type of wash for the level it was dirty .

Wash my truck paid with MasterCard wash was $27 got home and they were trying to charge me $70. Would not recommend tried to contact him. Nobody answers the phone very disappointed in this company. I was also charged $30 twice

Honestly this place sucks every time I go.. I wish they had another pull in bay car wash for competition. Something always seems to not be working and The water is cold so it’s super hard to get anything off your vehicle. When i confronted the owner about the water temperature he was super uncivil and just laughed it off and told me “you can’t touch the water to see if it’s hot you have to touch the metal on the wand” (which also was barely warm) so just left went somewhere else and the water was Piping hot. Definitely won’t be back

Five dollar minimum is crazy. All I needed to do was spray all my wheel wells because I had a little bit of an unbalanced wheel caused by mud.

I had gone in just to clean out the wheel wells of my van and planned to return later in the week when the roads weren't so slushy to do a full wash. I pulled into a bay, then went and got change. As I returned I saw a sign that the machine was out of order and only took cards, so, I moved into another bay. I noticed immediately that there was a $5 minimum, which I've never seen at any other car wash. But, I went ahead and added that much. I had a really large piece of ice in one wheel well, and since the water wasn't hot or even warm, it took longer than expected and I tried adding 1 more dollar. The machine kept rejecting the loonie, so I went to the window. I explained the situation and that I needed help with the machine because I was not adding $5 more for 1 wheel well. I went back to the bay, waiting for help that didn't come. I went back to the window, and again explained that I needed help with the machine, and why. At that point, someone I'm assuming was the owner asked where I was at in the wash and I explained I literally only needed to finish the one wheel well, but that I had used up the time. He said, well you had 30 seconds to add more money. I explained that it wouldn't accept the loonie
and was now we past that 30 second mark. I also said, again, that I wasn't adding $5 for 1 wheel well. In my frustration at not receiving help from anyone there, I also said that having a minimum was ridiculous, especially when you were just trying to top up your time. He disagreed and said a minimum wasn't ridiculous because someone coming in to spend $2 or $3 dollars was a waste of their time. My response was that if that was his opinion, it's a waste of my time to ever return to this business. I asked for my final dollar to be returned and left. If I could give 0 stars I would. This was a nice, reputable business one upon a time, but is now one that tells customers that if they don't spend a minimum, they aren't worth it.

I appreciate the fact that a staff member comes out & sprays off the vehicle rear end grunge. My van comes out looking great every time. I do not spring for what is called the great kahuna (I believe). When I feel better I will go back to washing my vehicle myself, inside the bays.

Water was barely even warm and barely any soap came out when put to that setting, so I basically just rinsed my vehicle twice and for the price that's pretty ridiculous.
Pretty much anytime I've gone there, there is never any spot free rinse.
The only nice thing is it is clean.
