We used to order A1 often. Then management or ownership changed and it was a drastic change. Pizza uses to come with lots of toppings and enough cheese to cover said toppings. Now the pizza is mostly crust, terrible quality veggies and cheese is lacking. A few times the crust was so mushy it was hard to hold your piece in your hand. We will not order here anymore. We give our business to the other independent restaurants in town.

Man, the food is great and presented very well. If I was to say, the $3.50 pizza slice is huge and so good. Best deal ever. I recommend to every one to go to a1 pizza.⭐️

Guy was on his phone . What you want ?was all he said to me .
I had one slice to go.
He put it on a paper plate , I said it's to go.
You have a plate was his response.
Carried on talking on his phone and handed me the debit machine .
No hello or goodbye .
Pizza tasted like flip flop and ketchup .
Won't be back .

Since opening in Picture Butte these folks have raised the bar significantly for what good Pizza is. We have ordered Pizza from these folks several times when we’ve had friends in from out of town, they can not believe the quality and the prices we pay for that quality of pizza. Great job guys, keep up the great work. Love your pizza. Well done.

Pizza is usually good. Ordered a chicken and pineapple pizza it arrives with spicy hot chicken on it. Called guy tells me that's all the chicken they had . This was not communicated at time of ordered or I wouldn't have ordered it.
The employees need to massivework on customer service. When you call the just answer yeah. Never a hello a1 pizza can I help you, never a thank you or good bye. I think telling a customer you only have spicy hot chicken is an important thing to communicated. Teach your staff better customer service

Today i visited the A1 pizza picture butte, when i gave order i saw there was no proper sanitization system and it is the time of covid-19 and everyone scare But at A1 pizza the guy did not wash his hands, also not wear the gloves and not cover his hair and start making pizza. At the time of payment , i said him to give me receipt he was talking to somebody else and he did not understand me what i am saying to him and He is nobody else, he is the owner of A1 pizza.
