We rented a room with 2 queen beds and a kitchenette for 3 nights. The bathroom and kitchenette were newly renovated. The bed was surprisingly comfortable with nice pillows. We did have some plumbing issues while there and although the room was kind of surface-level clean there were old beer cans etc. under one of the beds. Gave 2 stars for service not because we received bad service, there was just very little service given. For example, at check-in, very little welcome given, did not provide WiFi info there or in the room, etc. All that said, would stay again and recommend for a "no frills" stay.

This place is disgusting. They don’t actually clean. The walls are dirty and gross. There’s cobwebs all over the place. The shower is terrible water just sprays everywhere after working 15 hours a day I can’t come back and have a nice soothing shower as they advertise. And the place is crawling with bugs super disgusting. They also don’t know how to work a lot. I’ve come back multiple times and they’ve left my door open and Unlocked not a safe place to be staying.

Room was very nice, clean, tidy and renovated with the washroom.
There was a microwave, mini fridge, coffee maker and TV, with a glass top stove.
Bed and pillow were very uncomforable, we couldn't sleep.

A nice little stay close to Waterton and Castle parks that’s budget friendly and surprisingly cozy! Decided to book a room for the night after spending days prior camping, expectations weren’t high at this point we just wanted a place to shower and sleep. We called for a room and shortly after were greeted by a lovely lady at reception. The room we stayed in had been recently renovated with a new bathroom and a nice little kitchenette. The curtains and duvet covers on the beds were brand new and the sheets were clean and comfy. Nice vinyl flooring rather than carpet didn’t give it that dingy old motel smell and feel, the room smelt very clean. They’re pet friendly with a small fee so that helped out a ton. Overall very pleased with the stay—don’t judge the motel by the outside and don’t pass this one by! We will be back.

We stayed for 8 nights while our van was in the shop. Highly recommend this place for its comfort, amenities, and value. I checked out a few other options within walking distance (including having proprietors show me rooms), and this was definitely the best place I visited. Our room (#133) appeared to be newly updated with all-new bathroom fixtures, Pergo flooring, and cheery paint. The mattress and bedding are so comfortable! The kitchenette had everything we needed to cook in our room, including plenty of pots and pans, a nice toaster, microwave, coffee maker, electric stove w/oven and ample fridge. WiFi worked well -- no glitches. Cable TV with plenty of channels to choose from. Easy to control room temp with both an in-room heater and A/C (which we did not use). Inexpensive coin-op laundry on-site. While the complex is not far from the road, noise was not overly distracting. The walls are a bit thin -- we definitely could hear our neighbor when he was talking at full volume -- but not a deal breaker. The proprietors are very kind and accommodating. They even allowed us to have our cat for a small additional nightly fee. (Make sure you ask wherever you plan to stay, because one place across the street advertised as "pet friendly" on their website but did not allow cats.) Also, they seem to be continuing to upgrade the rooms -- we watched new furnishings being delivered and installed while we were here. Enjoy your stay at Parkway in Pincher Creek!
