There was one guy talking to lady at front desk talking to a customer and 3 employees standing behind her talking . Waited 10 min only person in line got tired of waiting left to close to lunch I guess for other 3 to work . Second time I've been there . First time was when they opened ask front desk what it is they do here she did not know what to say and did not say anything so I left . The place is a JOKE and as far as I can tell a WAST of money or maybe I'm the wrong color just warm bodies to fill positions I guess TIPICAl government operation wast of money ...

I visited this location on Wednesday. I only needed to do some printing as I don't have a printer at home. The font staff( there were 4), were rude and very unfriendly. I asked for help 3 times... second lady just left and went to attend something or someone else.. not sure which one. At this pointbI asked a 3rd front staff for help, she seemed annoyed and upset with me. I left looked down upon, not wanting to ask for help and definitely not wanting to come back.

Went there today to ask about printing legal documents for school and told the woman that it was my aboriginal band papers that I needed printing. She told me that no that is not allowed to be printed there & I had to go to the library to print them. From what I was aware of, they are supposed to allow people to print there & it's supposed to be anything of legal documents.

So far I've had pleasant experiences at this Alberta Works Centre. Every worker I've spoken with has treated me with respect and dignity and went out of their way to help, it didn't take long for me to speak with a worker when I needed to. I'd recommend this place to anyone. The only thing I found sort of irritating was the fact I couldn't just update my file straight from there, I had to fax and email it to a different office and am still waiting because of their lengthy office closure for the holidays. All Alberta Works are closed until Janurary 2/2020.

It's already difficult to do something like this and the worker I dealt with Carrie-Ann made sure she made me feel as small as she possibly could. Demeaning and condescending the entire interview.
There was definitely no need for an interview because she had decided the moment I sat down she wasnt going to help me.
