Not a plumber but needed to make a run from under my sink RO all the way around my kitchen to our new fridge. It wasn’t simple but they walked me through it and took their time to make sure I was good to go. A word of encouragement and I did it easy. I’m a plumber now. ?

Not sure about the previous negative reviews but the customer service for me, as an average non-plumber walk-in, was great. Everyone was friendly and approachable. Grant took the time to help me understand and order a part I couldn’t find anywhere online and another guy was helping a woman load up her car outside. Good guys.

Go here if you want to feel like less of a human being because you're not a plumber. Seriously, you will be talked down to like a child and corrected for not using the right terminology. Most businesses are happy to make more sales and help their customers at the same time. Not this one. They seem to exist to put you in your place and make you regret ever trying to fix or install something a plumber might do.

What a great business on the coast the customer service was amazing. I called ahead just to be sure of their hours and if they had what I needed and they went above and beyond to make sure no time was wasted. The man on the phone also informed me of their hours closing time 4 o’clock for regular customers which is completely reasonable. From beginning to end fast efficient exceptional service.

Went there at 4:15 pm. Knew exactly what I wanted to purchase. Door was locked. Guy comes out and says they only do retail until 4, and they won’t serve me because I don’t have an account. I wish they posted details such as this on there website, this way people wouldn’t waste their time and gas trying to spend local with Noble 🙁

Pluming supply store. Great service and had what I needed
