Although it is nice to have a hardware store in town and I always try to support these privately run franchises there are times when you simply cannot pay the difference in price they ask for the convenience of having the store in town, I did a home project and difference in price for the same materials required was nearly $2000 even with delivery from out of town. I do appreciate the fact that their service is good and staff are knowledgeable and that they typically have pretty good stock of commonly required products but they do need to be cognizant of market pricing.

Better pricing than Andrew Sheret for pvc, and lumber is 10-15% cheaper than rona...good service.

I personally didn't buy anything. But I did have an incident where I unfortunately was looked out of my vehicle by my toddler while my infant was inside. Their staff was amazing and super helpful. They called a tow truck for me and were prepared to bust my door if it was going to take to long. If they do that for a stranger and not even a customer. I can only imagine the top notch service they must provide those that do come by there. Thank you to all that helped me! Highly recommend supporting this business!

I would like to relay the inappropriate language and demeanor of the owners son Jay. I ordered a ton of pellets and paid for shipping. The shipment delivered wrong (10 bags short) and as I called and spoke with Jay about the wrongful delivery.. I was met with abrasive language. Thankful for the delivery driver that turned around the negative experience when I was finally delivered my proper order. I am a bit dumbfounded that it is "common knowldege" that the owners son (jay) is abrasive with customers and employees. I would think the owner would take action on repetitive negative experiences caused from his son. It makes me not want to support this store and unfortunately makes me feel intimidated to engage in a confrontational experience, only to fight for what I originally paid for, while being treated terribly.

Every time I have gone in, the staff have done an outstanding job. Some people say that their prices are a little higher than the big box stores. However, when I needed material for our fence project, they price matched. We are so lucky to have a store like this in town.
