Stayed last weekend and had a wonderful stay. Clean hotel and great breakfast. Staff were kind and accommodating. Maintaining professionalism when some adults were partying and pushing chairs up and down hallways carrying a large speaker in the middle of the night, disrupting as many guests as they could and mocking staff.

I did not have a good time here. I used my data the whole time because the wifi cut out snap chat and when on wifi, nothing would load do had to use data, even writing this right now I am using data. The front desk guy, was knocking on peoples doors tell them to say in their rooms. Like we are kids and there is no pool, no good anything. The ONE thing | loved was the food it was good. Kids were running around, yes I understand that they are running but they were not loud, the next morning around 7 am I woke up to the worker cleaning in the hallway. Like you tell us to be quiet. I went to get popcorn for my family and it was low on it and the guy said oh it is empty sorry, I went by later that night and the worker was just standing around when they could have filled it. Would NEVER come back.

Stayed at the hotel for 2 nights for a hockey tournament. Rooms were cleaned and restocked each day. Breakfast was great, many options and never ran out of food. Unfortunately there were some other unruly guests that were causing a disturbance after quiet hours, this was handled by the staff and manager as quickly as possible. Would stay there again.

The hotels were so small, there was no food it was all gone we got up so early and no food, in the night a worker kept knocking on my door because I was standing in the hallway minding my own business then he was chasing kids down the hallways and he called the police just because we were all trying to have fun because there is no pool and nothing to do. Overall I am so mad with my stay here don’t recommend i am very mad with my stay definitely not coming here again! 😡

Wonderful!
We stayed at Canalta while in Provost for a funeral service. The staff were extremely kind, compassionate and helpful. They allowed us to visit with extended family and friends in the lobby breakfast area while it was not in use. This was very much appreciated since approximately twenty of us had travelled and gathered together from all across Canada.
The rooms were large, clean and attractive with good attention to details such as sufficient plug ins and a sink beside the Keurig coffeemaker.
Breakfast was delicious - scrambled eggs, sausage, make-your-own-waffle, yogurt, toast, cereal, juices, etc……
It was our first stay with Canalta and will not hesitate to book again with this hotel chain. We would highly recommend it to anyone!

Enjoyed our stay. The complimentary dinner on Wednesday night was a nice surprise. Breakfast was very good as well. Very clean in the breakfast area.

The stay has been great since we arrived. All of the staff have been very helpful and friendly. My boyfriend is in town for work. It’s great the hotel has washers and dryers etc which is an added bonus for such long stays.

Clean, comfy beds, great stay. Friendly staff. Bonus yummy popcorn snack in the evening. Large hot breakfast before we left. Would stay again.
