I love this place. It's got so many things like cakes, an ice cream bar and my now favorite chicken. I've also done some Christmas shopping there because they have some cool hats, clocks, candles and fireworks. Thank you Sarah and Kim for the friendly smiles and great service.

The owner is very grumpy, rude & difficult with customers.
I noticed his wife has had to apologize for his behavior on several occasions. So he's an
embarrassment to the family business and should stay out of customer service & away from the till. Probably why you see very few customers doing business at this gas station compared to other gas stations in Ponoka. Unfortunate for this family run local business.

Usually stop here for ice cream and the chicken but I have noticed the quality of chicken has gone down. Last time i ordered. Very Greasy and lots of oil in the batter. Chicken tasted burnt. Maybe they need clean oil. And I stopped here for ice cream last night with my mother. I had cookies and cream ice cream and it was horrible. I didn’t end up finishing it. Firstly the man gave me maybe half a scoop of ice cream. And also there was big chunks of ice In the ice cream as if the ice cream had thawed and they had refrozen it. I won’t be stopping here again. Waste of money for 10$ for two extremely small scoops i would hate to see what the child size was . Better to go to Leduc husky if I have a craving. the ice creams are massive and always good quality. For the same price.

I was looking for ice cream close to the highway from foothills creamery and saw this "gas station" had it and wow don't judge a book by its cover.

The fried chicken is incredible!!! The store and restaurant are sooooo clean and well kept and the owners are the most wonderful people.

Don't let the exterior fool you, definitely worth stopping by!

I always thought this husky gave me the haunted vibes of the old Ponoka hospital. Walked in to find it’s haunted by the best chicken in town, incredibly clean inside and lots of neat options. Unreal.

Last week I went into the store to purchase a couple items, there are no prices on any of the product besides close to the coolers, so it's hard to know how much something is, I found the teller being a bit pushy when I had a bunch of change I counted she turned around and said to me along the lines of "Let me count I'm better at it" literally to me, wouldn't let me count it myself so that bugged me a bit, There food is alright good pricing for it, there selection is fun to look at and see what's available though!
