I had a paint job gone wrong by a previous (non-Ponoka) shop, and was recommended by multiple people to check out Shaun and his team at Reflections. Man am I glad we did!! We did a test job on my tailgate, which came out fantastic, and Shaun was able to get my truck in the following week. Dropped the truck off on Monday, and just picked it up tonight (Thursday). Truck looks amazing, and the price was awesome. Thanks again Shaun and team!!

If you want your vehicle repaired quickly, don't go there! Took 29 days for them to fix my car. 1 week to inspect 2 weeks for parts. 1 week for repair.

To top it all off. My car is front wheel drive & they put the one tire that has the good thread on the back? After removing the tire that has hardly no thread and putting it in the front?!?! Now I need to go somewhere where they actually know what they're doing & get the tires switched.

They also asked what kind of oil a 2021 Kia forte ex takes? The mechanics should know that all Kia's from 2021 onward take synthetic oil.

They kept trying to come up with the excuse of the half 55 vehicles.

Obviously, I do not recommend this location

insurance had my vehicle sent here after an accident they performed a computer scan and cleared codes, I was not happy because they didn't possess the proper computer to do so, resulting in a false report stating everything was broken. Obviously this raised alarms for me I started asking questions they didn't like that. had it taken to VW but the codes were cleared making it impossible to do a proper check to see what damage was caused by the accident as they cleared the evidence other then obvious external damage. At the time they said it was policy and protocol by insurance and the report came back stating nothing worked on the vehicle but the truth was their computer wasn't given the clearance to check VW vehicles and they knew it but still did it, Insurance fueled them to hate on me the customer and did they ever attack me with threats. Insurance tried lying to me about the clearing of codes and also called everyone else to tell them I was a lier but I had recorded the conversation to return to should I forget. But I shared this recording to prove I was not a lier to prevent me being scammed and clear my name from the wrongful accusations against me that insurance shared with different shops it wasn't against them. except they did it knowingly, insurance told them to do it.

I was told by insurance to return and take the bumper to a different shop which I didn't agree with but not much I can do, I did try to fight and make sure simplicity got to do the body work within their scope of work as they did jump beyond clearly they were not qualified to be checking its computer and putting the engine back together which was said would be sublet but that wasn't true i was told most cases they do it unless a problem pops up in which case they call the sublet because it's not their scope of work and I get it times are tough, try and keep working and cut costs but that's when I was told the bumper was being held for ransom which they refused to tell me the ransom amount stating it was her break time because they are angry at me.
I was on their side until they threatened me and claimed I broke the law because i should simply trust and when I'm accused I shouldn't be able to defend my self with anything more then my word which they don't respect or care about. He also stated that I wouldn't be allowed here anymore nor would he do the work idk why but towards the end I think he realized he is attacking the wrong man so idk if I'm now banned from this business for no good reason or not he didn't clarify lol he literally was trying to defend his self experience well bashing me being disrespectful as if I know nothing at all and claimed he had been doing the work before I was a sperm lol I didn't do anything wrong. I defended my self the most logical way against an entity of limitless resources big brother ideology that'll just call me a lier and gaslight. As they tried.

So I'd recommend you don't let insurance send your vehicle here or be involved. I got a report claiming even the radio was broken......lol but i wouldn't trust them if insurance is involved as stated by the owner it might be my vehicle but I'm just a dumb customer and don't matter and they do whatever insurance says as they pay the bill even if it breaks the professional code of conduct and consumers protection act. Even go out of their was to have a false vehicle scan reports and clear codes for insurance to falsely and negatively effect claim...that's a crime. Now my vehicle isn't properly being repaired, no evidence it was from the accident impossible to prove, how convenient for insurance. Organized crime through policy and protocol. And they are under coercion for work, pure 1984 trust the professionals above logic and evidence they happily clear. I was told by insurance this is how it's done in Ontario...
they lie a lot and didn't expect to be called on it...My experience, opinion I'd pay attention to the other reviews advising not to use this business, not the questionable 5 star ratings.
