My parents business has been buying parts from Town & Country for many years. Especially when it comes to lawn-care parts, we have always gotten the right parts at a reasonable cost. Replaced my lawnmower blades on my Craftsman riding lawnmower last year and they have been fantastic!

Beware of these scam artists. We rented a trailer from them for one day. Quoted at 175. Tire blew not even half an hour after picking up the trailer and nothing was ever loaded on it. Returned to them and they charged over 1000 dollars for a new tire and the rental. Do not waste your money here they will screw you in any way they see fit. Absolutely terrible customer service. Joke of a business

Bad customer experience! Being a contractor, we have accounts at lots of places. One gets the impression the Manager here will say anything on the phone to get you here, but then not deliver on promises. In summary, they:
- charged my credit card for damages (which amounted to normal wear and tear - before providing pictures 26 days after alleged "damages," he grossly embellished the damage - "ripped the whole outside sleeve off") without discussing it. When asked for pictures weeks later, the Manager "forgot" to send them.
- The equipment was not ready for pick up as scheduled (7am)
- terribly understaffed in the morning when everyone is trying to get their equipment out
- equipment NOT inspected before pickup in front of customer OR after drop off
- tried to charge me for a 2 5/16 receiver when I had already brought one!
- Manager told me our sprayer had detergent injector when specifically asked before rental - when we got there, we found out it didn't. Know your equipment!!
- above all, when questioning him about this after the fact, he had the nerve to remind me of the rental contract stating that he has the right to charge me at his discretion without discussing. Unbelievable!

Amateur hour all the way. Terrible customer service will ensure this place never gets my business again and shouldn't get yours.

I rented a trailer from here a time or two. After those experiences, I wouldn’t rent a spare tire here, if I had a flat right in front of the store. I might have to pay for a full set. It’s that unconditional unlimited contract bs. Never again. They will send trailers out with tires <30% and tell you, if you wreck one tire, by braking too hard, you have to pay for all new tires on the trailer. I refused a trailer on inspection, they don’t like it when the customer says the tires are too worn to run down the highway. I had that employee F bombing at me because I failed their inspection. I felt if I took that trailer, I would have been on the hook for 4 new tires. Not cool.

I've only ever had good experiences when renting from T&C. Their equipment is late model and well maintained. I buy all my Stihl power equipment and accessories from these guys because they have it in stock when I need it.

Equipment was in terrible shape. They charged me twice what I was quoted, don't sign that original document for pre authorization it is basically like writing a blank cheque this company cannot be trusted. At least ask for a hard estimate on paper. I would not recommend dealing with this company for any heavy equipment.

Never rent a excavator from this place $2000 per week they gave me one with a set of tracks with rubber chunks missing, links were falling out 4 hours into digging my tank. Track would fall off turning on flat ground. it sat for a full week un operational than the hot headed owner tries to charge me $3000 for track and $1000 labor to put it on then another $4000 in rental charges $8000 total !!!! we have him on our you tube Chanel saying he sends tracks with chunks of rubber missing out all the time. Cannot wait to play that in small claims court.

The people at Town and Country are the best. If they don't have it, they can probably get it for you in record time. It's not just a rental company. It's not just a Sthil dealer, nor is it a hose company. It is a place to find the things in life that are hard to find. I needed a tire for a dirtbike. None of the tire companies could help me, but Town and Country could. If it's not there already, it will be there the next day. Bob has always been so helpful every time I come in, even when I don't know exactly what I'm looking for. Truly an asset to the town of Ponoka.
