I am senior who lives in the Benalto area. Had to call to be take to Rimbey. I found the care of the nursing of the utmost care, and is truly at your beck call 24/7 The meals are great and tasty. This Hospital smells fresh clean fresh without the terrible smell of other hospitals. I am very glad to have been transported here. ANYONE LOOKING FOR A GREAT HOSPITAL SHOULD COME HERE. THANKS TO THE NURSING STAFF, GOD BLESS

I must say if I could give them higher stars I would the staff was fantastic and the treatment was fairly quick the doctors were very professional and amazing must say I was fighting this infection and I went to red deer hospital and I sat there for 9 hours with no treatment so we decided that when it was getting worst I was brought here in Rimbey witching minute nurse came in and got me settled in and witching 20-25min the doctor came in and 15 min after blood work over all amazing staff super nice and one of the nurses went out of her way to get my young daughter a big freeze witch is crazy I’ve never since such good hearted people !!!!!!

From the beginning of my health crisis to me, being able to go home the staff here was amazing!! By staff, I mean everyone who works at the hospital, from my doctor to the nurses and the therapist, the housekeepers, and the kitchen staff. They all quickly became my second family, and I couldn't have done all this without you. 💚

Unfortunately Dr. Nagase was too good for AHS by showing how real "health" care SHOULD look like!
This HERO Doc saved patients lives by going against AHS's "DEADLY" Covid treatment policy! ...Justice will come and the TRUTH will come out, but it will be too late for a lot of other patients they kill to keep the narrative going!
(btw ....the so called new variant is to COVER-UP the deadly Gen Therapy injections side effects!)
The 5 Stars are for the Hero ONLY! AHS lost all theirs...

Had an excellent experience at the ER here. It was almost empty, and had an x-ray for my dislocated knee done within an hour. Within 2 hours I had been sedated and knee put back into place. Staff were attentive and kind and extraordinarily thorough.

Went in not being able to breathe, blood work indicated my white blood count is elevated and they refused to help me without sticking a china stick up my nose. Doctor said that I was breathing fine without wheezing, when my husband called her out on that she rolled her eyes and was useless at that point, she proceeded to get me “Tylenol” which she said she was getting me, just to bring down my fever and headache, at which she gave me Advil instead (which isn’t good for chronic asthma). They let me walk out in medical distress, at which my husband took me to sylvan lake ambulatory care and I was given antibiotics and steroids within 5 mins of being there without taking another test to show that I’m unwell. I highly suggest if you are having breathing issues and/or sick do NOT go there it was a joke. If I could give a no star I would and for being a hospital and having latex balloons everywhere that is not safe or sanitary.

I was taken by ambulance to Red Deer 2 days ago and was treated with zero dignity or respect, so I ended up leaving, to try to get better at home, but it wasn't working, so my husband took me to Rimbey. I was treated with respect , kindness and given the chance to explain the reasoning behind why I had left Red Deer without treatment. My health is poor and I struggle with many issues and chronic pain. Not only was I treated kindly and respectfully, but they took the time to sit and explain the options and helped me thru every painful moment. Kudos to the staff and kudos for the small town hospital feel, I haven't experienced in a long time. Nice to see medical staff actually compassionate towards their patients ☆☆☆
