I followed Charles from his previous dealership were he sold me a beautiful Ford Edge Titanium. Excellent guy! Just visited him today for my oil change. He is very happy and helpful with helping my husband and I get a last minute oil change today. Always enjoy our interactions. Thank you again Charles for always going above and beyond. Upon entering the dealership, Charles came over and welcomed me. He was down to earth, genuine, and easy to connect with. He wasn’t afraid to receive our questions, and hear our concerns. He never tried to rush us off, but rather he went to work trying to work with us to find a vehicle that would match our preference and budget. Communication back and forth with Charles was very effective and efficient. Over a couple of days, it was a smooth process to test drive a couple of vehicles, including one that they brought in from another dealership a couple of hours away, just so we could see and test drive. Very accommodating! Sales Manager Kyle was great to talk with too, and showed his interest in our shopping experience, taking steps working to earn our business. While we didn’t find the vehicle we were looking for this time at this dealership, we are committed to checking in with them again when we are ready for any future purchase, and would easily recommend Charles and this team to someone looking for a vehicle right now. The finance manager Shantel was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient in getting our purchase completed.
