Matt and his crew helped to transform our kitchen cupboards. We had a terrible experience prior, which left us with some pretty rough cupboards. Great, trustworthy company. I had no hot water over the weekend and within 48 hours (Tuesday morning) they came and installed a new hot water tank for me and did a great job. They were friendly and professional and cleaned up after themselves. When there was an issue with the tank they returned promptly to troubleshoot and fix the issue. 100% will be hiring them again for any future plumbing needs.

From start to finish, just a great job!
Called to get an estimate done.
Timing was great, Marty was at the house about 20 minutes later.
The estimate to run gas to my garage and install a garage furnace was very reasonable. So reasonable, we decided to change out our hot water tank at the same time. I can not say enough about these guys. The crew that came to our house was awesome. The guys were very professional, very friendly and very neat. Any questions we had they answered for us, they are very knowledgeable. They did a fantastic job of both installs. When they were finished you could not tell they were even there. VERY nice job on the clean up! When the bill came, no surprises at all, in fact the job came in under the initial estimate.
Thanks for the great service and the great job.
I would strongly recommend Rosswill Homes to anyone.

Our furnace went on us right before winter. Rosswill homes had a team out to replace it ASAP. The furnace has obviously been great and because of the higher efficiency unit they installed out utility costs dropped after as a result! Great experience all around.

your people installed about 10 feet of stair rails and a few electrical sockets for us a couple years ago . it took way to long and for what the job entailed. roughly a month for a job that should of been max a week. demo was fast . took 2 hours , then they left for the day. we were charged $1300 for the rental of YOUR trailer to take away the demoed sub wall which i assumed would be part of the job . boy was i wrong. the material could of been put in the back of a half ton. i asked about the pricing , was told they could of left the material on my driveway for me to take care of. then your guys left and never came back for a week . there was no railing between the upstairs and the basement . so a person could of fell . i called to see where your guys were and was told by an owner that "if i didnt like the way things were going ,he will charge me for what has been done and leave". real professional. there was no professionalism through out the whole experience. your employee also brought his girlfriend into our house when we werent there to see what he was doing. he didnt ask. i let him work in the garage to be nice. they left it a mess. saw dust everywhere. i let them take the remainder of the materials for the job , which was enough to do the job a second time, way over bought. thinking there would be a discount on the returned material. THAT WAS A HUGE NOPE. they took it and no refund. i would of kept it then if they would of let me know. it took about a month which was WAYYYYYYYYYY to long for the size of the job. and it was way to expensive for what we got. me and my wife had to do the painting cus your people didnt . i guess that wasnt part of the quote. not to sure if overcharging and dragging out a job way to long was suppose to equate a high quality job. it didnt. we have a bunch of other jobs to do around the house and yard . i will do the renos myself. i will never let Rosswill into my house or onto my property ever again. i have read the responses to the other 1 star reviews . so i am sure i will get a response that will somehow put all the blame on me for the bad experience.
