First rate service!!! Had new furnace, on-demand water and AC installed in December 2024. Leon gave great honest recommendations on replacement options and the whole process from planning, scheduling and installation went extremely smooth. All of the technicians on site were friendly, professional, knowledgeable and patient when questions were asked. Would absolutely recommend LPH to anyone and wouldn’t hesitate to call again.

Friendly, knowledgeable service from everyone I interacted with. Great pricing, and Leon explained some things I wasn’t sure about in such a crystal clear manner, that I felt confident to make a decision on which heating unit to go with. They were very quick to get me booked in, as the old furnace was not working at all. The crew on install were excellent about answering questions, explaining what they were doing as they went and just all around great people. Install was done in a very timely manner and care was taken in my house, area was cleaned up, very happy with LPH and will not hesitate to use them again. Excellent/ A+ everyone at LPH!

I called the business today and was greeted with an unprofessional “hey”. She spoke over top of me, never truly listened to my issue, told me repeatedly how busy they are, told me if I actually have heat (I do not in my bedroom) then not to bother them and kept pushing me to other businesses. No problem after this.
Years ago I had personal dealings with the business owners which has zero impact on a business relationship at present. She called me out by name and said she was shocked that I was frustrated with her delivery method of speaking and not listening. I am a home owner looking for a service not a personal connection from years ago at that point. It has zero bearing!
Obviously I was desperate because we have used this company 2 years ago to replace the pipes in our house to code. Their employees left such a mess and water damage on the carpet. They never even took their shoes off or laid down a floor cover for our cream carpets. The owners had to be contacted to pay for the problem to be fixed. He did knock off some cash however it did nothing to rectify how disrespectful tie employees were and having to shampoo the whole basement carpets!!
I was agin shown today why this company should not be used. Rude service right from first contact. Not professional at all when I tried to tell her all of this she just hung up on me. Wow.
I certainly do not recommend the service from top to bottom.

Came home to a furnace not running. One phone call to LPH and we had someone there within 10 minutes and less than an hour later the furnace control board was replaced and heat was back on! Excellent service, I highly recommend using them.

From calling in to the business to having the job completed, they are great. Everything is done on time while keeping area clear and cleaning up afterwards. We've had them in from small plumbing jobs to major installs and we are happy with everything! We would not hesitate to recommend.

I received a quote from another company in town, and it was 18 thousand dollars higher. LPH gave me a great quote and got the job done in one day. Came at 8:30AM to do the furnace, hot water tank, air conditioner, and humidifier. Everything was completed around 4:30PM. I highly recommend, the service was fantastic and everyone is great to deal with. 5 stars is not enough.

Unprofessional, unreliable, unfriendly
Came to fix and replace the gas union due to the gas leak we had, they installed incorrectly. When I asked them to come to take a look, they were unfriendly and said that there was no warranty on the work they did , and they mught charge extra money because the time was Friday noon.
Bad company, I would not recommend it to anyone
