Alphabet Day Care is clean, well maintained and organized.
They are great at communicating with you about your little ones. Huge improvement, countless growth and development happening to my children. They enjoy everyday activity which enhance their abilities and capabilities. Thank you for your creativity. I would like to send my gratitude to all the Educators, most especially to OUTSTANDING Educators in Owl Room. I would like to let you know that we really appreciate you. They are very professional, attentive, compassionate, hardworking, full of energy and dedicated to their work. They are deeply interest in every child's needs and development (physical, emotional, spiritual, cognitive, intellectual). As a mother, I feel they have good heart, I feel their sincerity, and they are amazing people. I am so grateful, and I know 'Thank You" is not enough for all the things that you do to my children. What a great group of "feel good" people! My little one will be attending this year. Am I ever impressed with what I seen at the walk through. They manage many children very effectively, all the kids were so happy and having fun... they split them into age groups, all the kids just thriving.... they have childcare down to a fine science. Thankyou!

We were hesitant to put our kiddo in the care of others, but Alphabet Daycare South couldn't have been a better choice. All the workers are so caring and kind, and really focus on every child's individual needs. They take the time to get to know your family and address any questions or concerns with compassion and professionalism. Our kiddo comes home (tired) but happy every day spent here and always appears well looked after. Highly recommend this team of wonderful caregivers!

Alphabet Daycare is the most amazing place I find as a parent support in town. After touring several daycare, I chose to come to Alphabet Daycare because of the good impression they gave me. It turned out to be a correct decision. As a parent, I am happy to find a place I can trust. The director Cosi is very supportive and understanding. She doesn't mind taking extra time to help me. She us also very accommodating and very willing to listen to parents suggestions too.

I am incredibly grateful for the exceptional care my child receives at Alphabet Daycare. The director (Cosi), a truly remarkable woman, exhibits an unwavering passion for children's education and well-being. Her years of dedication and caregiving experience shine through in every interaction. Trusting her with my child is a decision I make with complete confidence. I’ve had the pleasure of knowing Cosi for four years (before she was the director) and she had always proven to be the most reliable, passionate, and communicative caregiver. Her position within the daycare is well deserved.

One of the standout qualities of the director is her understanding and flexibility when it comes to challenges families might face. She has always been open to working together, especially when circumstances involve late payments. Additionally, her commitment to communication is outstanding. She actively listens and respects parents' preferences for incident reporting, ensuring that we are always kept in the loop.

I'm especially grateful for how they handle dietary needs. Their approach to accommodating food sensitivities is not only considerate but also inclusive. They go the extra mile to ensure that every child's dietary requirements are met while maintaining a welcoming and diverse menu.

Above all, the safety and happiness of the children are paramount. This establishment goes to great lengths to create an environment where children can thrive, feel secure, and enjoy their time. There's no other provider I would entrust with the same level of confidence as I do with Alphabet Daycare. My heartfelt appreciation goes out to the director and the entire team for their exceptional dedication to childcare.
