Recently, our Guiding Group attended a session at Code Ninjas in Sherwood Park, and it was a wonderful experience that exceeded the girls' expectations. The facility's unique approach to teaching was inclusive and engaging, allowing the girls to work at their own pace while enjoying the process of creating their own video game.

The program was well-equipped with modern computers, and the hands-on approach meant that when a girl had a question or needed help, assistance was provided swiftly, along with encouragement and support. The small class size ensured that each girl received plenty of attention. Overall, several girls expressed interest in exploring coding and programming further after this experience, and they have even asked if we could rebook.

I highly recommend reaching out to the team at Code Ninjas, as they excel at what they do!

My daughter has had great experiences here on multiple occasions. She's visited as part of her Girl Guide troupe, and we've also held her birthday party here. Not only do kids love the opportunity to create their own computer game, but they learn about computer coding at the same time. The owner is also super friendly, and very flexible when it came to organizing the party.

An Amazing Day at Code Ninjas:
My 10-year-old daughter's day at Code Ninjas was a fantastic experience that exceeded all our expectations. The camp's unique approach to teaching coding through a martial arts theme made learning to program exciting and accessible for young minds.
The facility is well-equipped with modern computers. The small class size meant every child got plenty of attention, and the game-based learning approach kept everyone engaged and excited throughout the day.

For parents looking to introduce their children to coding, Code Ninjas offers an exceptional experience. My daughter's single day at Code Ninjas sparked what I believe will be a lasting interest in technology and programming.

We went to Code Ninjas for the first time for our son's birthday party and would highly recommend! The team was fantastic in working with the kids and helping us set up for cake etc. They accommodated my younger son and one young guest and they had a great time in another room more suited to their age. The kids all had a blast and it was such a nice quiet party! My husband and I literally sat and drank complimentary coffee and just watched while the Code Ninjas team led the kids through their chosen activity. It was very hands off and easy for us. The facility itself is also taken care of very well and is in great shape...I find a lot of kids party places are a bit run down looking and dirty and this was not the case here. It is very bright and fun and clean. Thanks for the great party Code Ninjas!

Not only did we do the free intro class but also a camp day (coding) and all three of my kids, ages 10, 8 and 6 had a great time and look forward to going back! Love that parents and caregivers are encouraged to come in before the end of each class to check out what the kiddos worked on and have downloadable QR codes linked to their projects to play at home. Reasonably priced and like that snacks and lunch are provided for camps.

Samir and Rajni, along with two of their awesome Senseis, graciously hosted our son's 9th Birthday Party in the dojo. They made the event completely stress free for us parents, and for them to drop off their children. There's a room for families too! They even went so far as to give us a tour beforehand, to set expectations and allow kiddo to choose from the activities. The kids had a blast playing Minecraft and/or Roblox as a group! They also offer a free coding session, various and flexible classes, summer camps and parents' nights out. Thanks to Code Ninjas for the easiest and most affordable birthday party yet!

The 1st Sherwood Park Guides attended a coding workshop at Code Ninja this past Thursday. We had 20 youth that were totally enthralled the whole hour and a half. The Guides did coding and then built their very own video game which they were able to take home through a link provided by Code Ninja. The Sensei (teacher) Guide ratio was 1 to 5 so help was readily available. At pickup time the parents were invited to come see what their daughters had accomplished. The guides thoroughly enjoyed this experience and I would highly recommend this activity for any group.
