2024 grad here. It’s a decent school. I made some really good friends here. I even rekindled a friendship here.

I failed one class and that was physics 20. Screw that teacher who taught the class (not naming names but one of my friends know who I’m talking about :3)

Fries are actually fire here. I never bought any myself just stole from my friends but still.

Also this school made me emo lol

A very good school. a place and friend for everyone. Good staff aside from few teachers which is to be expected in any public school setting. administrative, for the most part is very helpful and understanding. Programs that stand out among the vast selection from choosing would be the drama program. It is unmatched by any drama program in the area of Sherwood Park.

Decent school, there’s a group for everyone. Most teachers are chill but as is every school some are mean.
The 3 lady’s In the office are very kind, the principal is very kind.
Avoid the drama kids at all costs, for lack of a better word they can be toxic.
I haven’t seen much bullying here, it is a very chill school. Would recommend going to the library or Brentwood’s pizza at lunch.

Probably one of the worst schools in Sherwood park in some aspects. Lots of the teachers are amazing, but TOO MANY TEACHERS like to target kids they don’t like. Mess up ONE time, and you will feel like the FBI is watching you. Majority of kids who attend this school come to school high on something.

I attened sal for grades 10 & 11, amazing teachers and by far the best band program around! But the administration staff could use some fixing as its quite disorganized. As well the past year thay have be come over obsessed with social media having a Facebook, Twitter, Snapchat, and Instagram which there hard to follow due to the constant (5+) posts a day on each. Lastly thay pay a company called orange fountain around 6000 a year to make videos for grad and there football team which is kind of a waste of money when it would be useful in other parts of the school (band room, construction, Comercial foods, steps classroom, art room, or even the class rooms that could use a window instead of 4 solid brick walls.

I took a course this year, and ended up having to be in isolation. Instead of accommodating for me, Mr Buchan made me retake the entire course, as it would have been illegal for me to come in to take my last 2 exams @ school while having a covid test pending... he was very dismissive, and made me feel completely invalidated.

Decent high school. Most of the staff when I graduated were phenomenal but the admin seems like it could use some work. Furthermore, the school is quite outdated and could use some repairs.

Grad year was 2017! I absolutely love going hear the best part about going to Sal was the cosmetology program. Memories that I will cherish forever !
