My review is SOLELY based on the phone call I had a few minutes ago. The lady who answered the phone at the office was incredibly rude and unprofessional. I was trying to explain to her the situation and she continuously cut me off and pushed to end the conversation quickly and hang up.

I work at an educational institution and I know for a fact that the individuals at the office should be professional, helpful and at least polite. Quite the opposite of what this individual demonstrated.

I liked Ailen Kinsella. She is the best Councilor in her school. She is very humble, friendly and respectful woman. Even, she is very helpful for other work. I had never seen such a councillor like other help do. She's so patience lady. Her communication feels me like she is my mother. I hope you may like her.

The teachers there are good, but there is one female office staff with glass (black/dark brown bob hair )is super rude every time I visited there! She interrupted your words, feel like she didn’t allow you to explain anything! “No, Go back to yours class!” She said toughly. Don’t know what made her hold the students with contempt. She is really lack of respect, OMG, can’t imagine this kind of person can work at school office.

The lady picking up the phone is so rude. And she was so hurried and always interrupted my words. She can’t stand you ask more than 3 questions. When she said there was a 20 dollars fee I asked why because the school in south hill didn’t charge me. She said then you go to the south hill? Why are you chose the the mean person to do the job answering phones. Thanks a lot she is not the teacher?

I have been to this school and I graduated from here. The courses I have been through with teachers was very cooperative, helpful and caring. Teachers like Aaron and youash are the best. I was never good at math but these teachers were so humble and caring who have helped me a lot in my career. I scored 97% in math 12 pretty calculus. I just love these teachers .
