She’s now getting mid 80s in her math grade. She’s gaining her confidence back and even calls to tell me on her school breaks to tell me how proud of herself she is. I wonder if people don't review Sylvan because it's admitting you needed help. My child was a year behind in reading. One year at Sylvan and now they are a caught up a year PLUS a year ahead!!! Every parent I talk to at drop off and pickup is amazed by the results.

I wish I could put them in the school as an after school activity.

Email conversations weren’t great and reflected poorly on there business. Inquired through there website about 1:1 tutoring for an adult upgrading student looking for help with some classes. Online it says 1:1, when asked what a tutoring sessions looks like, I was told it is 2:1, one teacher for 2 students. Replied with my concern that on the website and info sheet that was emailed to me it does say 1:1 and that I am not interested in having another student near by. Never heard back with an apology for the miscommunication between person and website I’m sure this place is great for school aged children, but like everywhere else as an adult student I felt irrelevant and judged. To bad there not offering 1:1 like there website says.
