not heard one good thing about this school, Every 5 star review is by staff. Everytime they receive feedback they get people to flood there reviews with fake positive ratings.

Teachers need to be better trained, Almost nothing goes on in this school. If you are looking to enroll your kid into a school stay away from elite.

The campus director Alex is really knowledgeable about SAT, AP, etc. I've talked him few times by phone regarding to my child's grade 11 and 12 plan. He always offered effective suggestions. My child has registered two AP courses here this term. I haven't seen any unpleasant issue happened.

Students need to be educated in a steady, continuous way, however Elite changes instructors quite frequently. Students were just given some paperwork to do when instructors didn’t show up. Instructing fee sill need to be paid without presenting class even students noticed Elite two weeks earlier.

My wife got your email today. You mentioned that Elite Educational Institute has been established for more than 30 years. I noticed that Surrey Elite had only 11 reviews when I posted my review a day ago, but now within a day, 11 new 5 star reviews. Well done! Surrey Elite, it’s so amazing.

昨天我发出1颗星评价后，今天我太太收到Surrey Elite的电邮， Surrey Elite 在信中提及 : 我们希望您所写的您所讲的都是真实的陈述是事实，而不是夸大其词不符合原由同时带有insult我们公司的语句，否者您会为此承担法律后果。
我不会因为Surrey Elite这一段话而退缩，我在此表明我会继续捍卫我消费者的权益。

My daughter enrolled in the Level 9 Reading & Writing Thursday 4-6 pm that began on Feb. 15, 2018. After taking 4 classes, their branch Surrey Elite changed the class schedule without my consent. The director of Surrey Elite asked my daughter to switch to a Level 10 class. After my daughter read the materials, she thought the level 10 class was too difficult for her to continue. If Surrey Elite couldn't provide the course under a contract they should refund the tuition fee of remaining 8 classes without any hesitation. It’s been 2 years and my wife has tried to call and communicate with their branch Surrey Elite for the refund. Surrey Elite refuses to issue a refund, but offers my daughter other classes instead under the direction of Vancouver Head Office which she does not need anymore.

For people who are going to enroll in Elite, you may face the same situation as me. Stay away from Elite.
