Performance Physio always delivers. Quick to book an appointment, minimal wait time, if any. The staff are kind and professional and Rhonda has provided me with much needed services over the years. So I have to tell you… I had an appointment at Performance Health & Fitness Centre this evening and I appreciate how his coaching and encouragement has me doing machines with proper technique and form… so important ....but you know what ?I left feeling I belonged there and that I’m an athlete ...that is a huge win and incentive to get there more often
I was at physio today with Rhonda. It was great as I can feel the range of motion growing and the pain is getting to be less . I have been coming for physio and acupuncture and highly recommend you try it .
