I was impressed by the wide variety of furniture and home decorations available. The store is incredibly tidy and well-organized, especially compared to other home-sense stores in Vancouver. The staff is friendly and helpful, always available when I needed assistance.

Not only do they offer an extensive selection of furniture, but they also have many options for home decor, including a great range of framed mirrors. I highly recommend this store for anyone looking to find unique and stylish pieces for their home.

The only downside is that they don’t offer direct home delivery from the store itself. You’ll need to hire an external delivery service. Despite that, I still think it's worth checking out for the variety and quality they offer.

Great selection for home decor including furniture, patio furnishings, garden, hobbies, picture frames, kitchen supplies, bedding, bathroom accessories and more. Be sure to check out clearance items which are still in style but discounted. Bought a desk lamp for $25, marked down from $69.99. Incredible deals. Interesting finds in every aisle. Nice gifts for housewarming or parties.

Always love this store because there is so much variety of products and many unexpected finds. Prices are reasonable, selections variable. Everything from kitchenware to cosmetics, from linens to pet supplies.

Good place to go for stuff for the home. Always changing so you may try this place often.

Prices are average. Some are low. But you have to go several times to get the great deals.
Linen , bedding and towels are fairly good prices for the brands you can get. Again, you might have to come back a few times

But all in all, worth it

I normally don't write reviews at all, let alone negative ones (I prefer to work out the issue with management). If i could give my recent experience "MINUS - 10" stars I would. I've been shopping at the HomeSense location in Tsawwassen for the past 5 years (since they've opened), customer service has always been neutral - not amazing, yet not terrible either. I purchased a set of bedsheets for $69.99+tx a few months back. I didn't get around to opening them until a month afterwards. When i pulled them out of the packaging the fitted sheet and two pillow cases were fine, however the flat sheet had two large horizontal tears at the top of the sheet. The two tears run about 2-2.5 inched in width. I went back to return the sheet set knowing that it would be part their return policy and I would be fine with a store credit (since i shop there frequently - I'll end up using it anyways). I was told by the cashier that i needed the receipt for a store credit of same amount i purchased the sheet set - I thought my receipt was in the reusable bag that i purchased when i purchased the sheet set. I offered to pull up my online banking statement to show the date of purchase and price, however i was advised that this would not prove anything? Wow - ok i will try to look for my receipt. I looked around for the receipt for a couple of weeks and could not locate it. On a second visit was making a purchase at the store and asked if i could speak with a manager in regards to returning my sheet set which had now been sitting in my trunk for about 2 weeks - I was assured my the manager on shift that they would issue a store credit even if the purchase is past a couple of months. On a third visit about a week later - I had a bit of extra time and brought in the sheet set, i spoke with the cashier that i couldn't find the receipt and she said that she could give me a store credit for the current price which had dropped about $20. I declined because i should not have to take a loss on a defective product that I am trying to return for a store credit - their on shift manager advised me to try and locate the receipt and she will give me a store credit for the full amount that i had purchased the sheet set for. She also advised that it was fine that the item is past its return date by a few months. The holidays passed and I finally located my receipt! I went to return the sheet set with my receipt today and was told by the cashier after I had made a separate purchase that she would provide the store credit afterwards but needed a manager to give her the approval. The on shift manager today advised me that she would not accept my return to provide a store credit because "I took too long to return the item." She even had the audacity to suggest I sew up the tears or donate the sheet set to charity!!!! WTFFFFF!!!... I asked if i could get contact information to customer service complaints and she handed me a business card and told me to take it up with them. I had made about $800 in purchases this week at Homesense that I will be returning. I have worked many years in management and district management in retail - I am appalled in the lack of miscommunication with staff and managers as well as the non existent customer service at this location. The return policy states clearly: "We will gladly refund your purchase within 10 days, with original register receipt and tickets attached to the merchandise. Refunds given will be in the tender paid. Customers may also select a gift card for the value if they wish. *Beyond 10 days, no problem! With original register receipt and tickets attached to the merchandise, any refunds given will be in the form of a gift card in the amount paid. Our gift cards do not expire, so there’s plenty of time to choose something amazing.* Items returned with gift receipts may be exchange or receive store credit only." I will be following up with customer service department and head office on this specific matter. I will not support a business that lacks principle, ethics and appreciation to their loyal customers.
