Give dimensions for abs pipe came out with two different sizes fittings when i gave the od pipe mesurent , and was told to apply the abs glue on fittings for 3 or four minutes then join together asked about cleaning solution was told the more dirty the fittings are the better

Purchased a brand new toilet at the Edmonton location but after getting to job site, found that the tanks had a crack. It was the last tank like it they had in stock but the girl said instead of ordering new replacement, there was 3 in stock at Stony Plain location. I drove all the way to Stony Plain to exchange it and they guy (Brad) said I would have to pay for the replacement tank and I would have to come back at a later date for refund after the "rep" looked at it. I couldn't believe what I was hearing. That is not the policy at Edmonton location. He said different location. I asked what if you ship the replacement tank to Edmonton location and I exchange it there. He said he could do that. So the company has to pay someone to drive the replacement tank to Edmonton location so that I can exchange it. The damaged tank and the replacement tank were both sitting right there on counter, and he was willing to go through the expense of taking it to Edmonton so I could exchange it there. Wasted 1 1/2 hours of my time and my fuel. Both locations are run by Emco Corporation yet have different policies. I have received damage products from other large companies before and exchanged the product at a different location no questions. Example being Home Depot or Canadian Tire and so on. Still can't believe it !
