I recently visited Tsawwassen Hearing center due to some issues . The visit was excellent. Mark was very informative and answered any questions that I had. From the receptionist to the end of the visit , I was made to feel very comfortable. I am new to BC and found this place by reading the reviews left by others. I’m so glad I did. I would highly recommend this center for your hearing needs.

On October 1st I met with Mark, who was recommended by a friend, to review my hearing and look at my 6 year old hearing aids. As I thought my hearing aids have reached the end which was a problem as we were off on a holiday. Mark has kindly lent me new aids for our trip and I will be in to purchase new ones when we return. Can’t speak more highly of the service he provided me and my friend. I would highly recommend purchasing hearing aids and supporting this fantastic local business. A big thanks for Darlene getting me an appointment with Mark.

I had a wonderful visit! It was very easy to book an appointment. The Front Desk admin, Darlene, was very kind and welcoming. Dr.Nickel took great care of me and explained everything very well. Got my results back super quick, and the best part was my screening was free! Would highly recommend ?

OK, people listen up. (Ha, see what I did there?)

I recently relocated from California and as if I didn’t have enough to do already, one of my hearing aids died. I am lost and deaf without them.

I was at Wood & Frog yesterday and right next door was the Tsawwassen Hearing Centre. I sat there trying to mentally calculate how much this repair was going to cost. $500? $1000? I come from California where nothing is free except for insults.

So I sucked it up and went in. They have a lovely, welcoming space with coffee and tea. The nice lady who helped me (and whose name I’ve forgotten because I’m old) offered to take a look at them, as opposed to sending them off for repairs.

Fifteen minutes later and my hearings aids were as good as new! 15 minutes! Annnd … it was free! I thought it was a trick. Maybe “free” and please sign up for our mailing list we’ll send you six times a day free. Nope. Just free, no strings attached.

I shall return.
