Very disappointed with the customer service, I purchased a jacket online and the sizing was too big. I submitted a return request and gave them 3 days and still heard nothing, emailed them again and still have waited over a week to hear back. I called the phone line and spoke with someone who told me I needed to purchase another jacket so the proper size wouldn't be sold out, and they will “get to me when they can”. Still have not heard anything regarding the return. Pretty poor customer service/exchange policy.

Went for the first time today but I couldn't stay longer at the store. It was all smelling like a full blown leather store, which I believe is the core product in the store but I felt it was little bit too much.

My recent visit to Danier Leather was an absolute delight, and I can't praise the staff enough, particularly Brianna and Tara. Their level of expertise and dedication to helping customers is truly exceptional. They took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for and provided valuable insights that helped me make the perfect choice.

What stood out, aside from their knowledge, was their warm and friendly demeanor. Shopping can sometimes be overwhelming, but Brianna and Tara created a welcoming atmosphere that put me at ease.

Moreover, the convenience of parking right by the store and its proximity to the food court made my visit incredibly convenient. It's evident that Danier Leather values not only the quality of their products but also the overall shopping experience.

I can't recommend Danier Leather enough. It's a shopping experience that truly stands out, thanks to their product availability and exceptional staff.

We absolutely love this store. This Danier Tsawwassen Mills store is a new store, at this location. Nice to see this store again, thinking that Danier had left B.C. Enjoy having a natural leather product for sure and out of the 5 coats we have, 3 are Danier. Naturally they wear well and have only now started using a leather cream (from Italy) to keep them like new.

Tara was patient and knowledgeable in helping my mom select a proper real leather jacket. We weren't satisfied with the style of items on promotion, but we are ecstatic to find a latte Vyvianne jacket. This cut of lambskin feels amazing, and we love the clasp color that leans gold.

We took it home and found that there's a minor scuff on the leather on the inner fold. I took it back, and Aida quickly helped me order in an exchange from their warehouse.

Danier Leather has the worst customer service and the Tsawwassen store definitely needs a new manager!! I’ll never buy from them again! I've owned many of their leather jackets over decades but the quality today is absolute junk! I received a new $500 so called leather jacket for Christmas but after only wearing for 2 weeks or so, the stitching by the pocket let go then when I put my hand in the pocket it ripped!! You would think being brand new and only worn by an old man going to the store etc. that they’d replace it but instead want to ship it back east to be repaired and that would take at least one month. The Danier store manager and their customer service manger back east both refused to replace it but I took it into two other well known leather stores and both asked why Danier is not just replacing it with a new one and both managers said they would if I'd bought it from them! It's almost 50 km each way to their store and if I don't take it back there I'd have to pay for shipping! So, I have a $500 torn piece of junk in my closet as a reminder to never buy from Danier Leather again!!

The store manager Ada and Sales associate Gurpreet provided a great experience to shop. I came in to buy one jacket and picked up two. Danier has amazing products for those who love genuine leather!!! Beautiful luxurious lamb skin products Gurpreet was very patient and attentive. She offered excellent knowledge on various items I was interested in! I highly recommend this store for all your genuine leather needs!!! ❣️
