I have been a Bell Mobility customer for years as I have fortunately had excellent service year after year and, at this location in the Tsawwassen Mills Mall in particular. My latest visit was no different and Marcus was an amazing help which inspired me to post my first review for this location. Above and beyond and he didn't even mind this 53 yr old comparing things now to how they used to be! I had to transfer my phone over and spent some time there and Marcus was very patient and courteous.

I always have such a good experience with Sukhi at this location. She always provides me with so much ease, the best customer service, and the best offers and deals. I always leave feeling so taken care of. Customer service at its finest!

I attend this Bell location and was helped by Marcus. He was patient, knowledgeable and awesome to deal with. He worked through the process of upgrading my phone with me in language and directions that I could clearly understand. I would recommend going to this store and deal with him. Just don’t go on a rainy Sunday as the mall was packed as was the parking lot.

I have been a Bell customer for nearly 20 years. I have never received anything other than mediocre service until I visited the Tsawwassen Mills location. Honestly the absolute BEST customer service and a willingness to actually save me money. Any other time I’ve visited or called Bell to change my account would cost me more. Sukhi listened to me and understood what I needed. She assisted with the entire set up and seemed happy to do so. Great location for superior customer care.
