I had the worst experience at this location and would never return here again. I received a gift with a gift receipt and took it to this location to get a store credit because I didn’t have time to look around. One of the employees started helping me and asked if I wanted to do an exchange or get store credit and I said store credit. I had three items to return and then she mentioned that she can’t see the 3rd item on the register even though it was on the gift receipt. I then asked her to process the items that she can see on the register and then do the last item separately. She proceeds to process the store credit then calls a manager for the last item that she couldn’t pull up on the register. Once the manager Preet arrived, she just tells me that she can’t do the store credit because it’s exchange only. I was so confused because the employee was already processing the store credit and called the manager because she couldn’t find the last item. The employee continues to lie saying I never told you I was giving store credit, I was just trying to see if I could. I mean wouldn’t you mention that in the very beginning. Also if the policy is strictly “exchange only” then why are you even giving me hope that I would get store credit. Still I was so confused at the whole situation.

Basically the employee and manager both lied to my face and wasted 15 minutes of my time. I had to google and read the in store return policy with a gift receipt to her as if it was my job. To me it seemed like they wanted a sale so that’s why they were forcing upon the made up rule of “exchange only” policy.

The manager only agreed to process the store credit because my mom said she’s going to call customer service and make a complaint. She kept saying it’s a “one time exception” as if she was doing a favour for me. She was also able to pull up the 3rd item on her register, when earlier the employee said it’s not in the system (all three items were listed in the gift receipt).

I simply just went to the store to get a store credit but ended up having to waste time on an experience like this. I wouldn’t want this to happen to other customers so I thought I would give a heads up.

I went yesterday to purchase a bra and the girl who offered to help smelled of bio so bad I had to leave. The smell was so bad, I couldn’t stand it! My god talk to your staff!

It was wonderful visiting the store at this location. Me and my friend was helped by a very cheerful Employee named Aanchal . She greeted us with a pretty smile and helped us with sizes and selection of very good pieces of night suits . Definitely will visit again .

Very nice store with some good sales. Customer service and sales was very good. Mona provided excellent sales service with patience and the help that was needed to select the products. The other sales team also did a great job. Will visit this store again.

I come to this store to exchange my defected bra, wire is really uncomfortable then i only wore it once. And the person on the till (Hussan) is asking me for receipt. Because she said it’s hard to do the exchanges without the receipt. So the one customet is commenting like “she not returning the item, she just want to exchange” and she even answered the customer that that we cannot do exchanges without the receipt. I was like how come? So weird. Then i heard the other lady on the other till giving gift receipt for the BOGO free? that is new to me.. hahaha so next time i can do the same thing..
