I didn’t want to be this person who writes a negative review. I do not handle well with confrontation. But after today I will be finding a new family doctor. I took my 1 year old there today to see Dr.Dhan again, but this time it was about booking an appointment for some important blood testing at the children’s hospital we are in need of getting done but were told by 2 different people one was our geneticist and the other was a phlebotomist at the Strathmore blood labs that our family doctor had to call on our behalf to book the appointment. Well I went in there and he told me that he cannot book the appointment and that I had to be the one to call. So I called the number on one of the requisitions that Dr. Dhan instructed me to call, and it was a dead end it was a phone line for result requests. So I went ahead and called the main line for the children’s hospital and spoke with a lady there who told me point blank that what Dr. Dhan had told me was untrue and he absolutely could have called and booked it for me. Not to mention every single time I’m there it always feels like I’m an inconvenience to him. The cold shoulder doesn’t work for me. When I walked in there today it wasn’t a “hi how are you?” It was a sigh and a “what do you need” I’m sorry but I thought doctors were supposed to care about their patients? I understand if you’re having a hard day we all have them, but it feels like it’s every single visit I’m treated this way.

He sent me to the hp for a blocked tear duc 3 hours at the hp cause he couldn't help me sad sad sad but I went to the eye doctor and she was great the hp help me more. prescription and and eye compress done. Sorry need to add on now I have had an appointment for over a week !!!!! And you know how you as the client must cancel 48 hours prior hmmmmm!I guess it's okey to call you two hours before your appointment and cancel when it's important to have your stiches removed today !!!and tell me to go to the hospital and take up space for some one who needs the hospital what kind of doctors office is this I'm done with this place cause 2 times now and they did nothing for me I would love to to loose my filter as I right this !!!but I can't so I just say this horrible place not going back ever and you all are a bunch of see you next Tuesday !!!! All need to be fired oh wait but I didn't feel comfortable with him yet and his first thing he wanted to do was a pa smear not second visit dont know you fired fired fired also have reported it hope they don't bill for these waste of time oh and you have no doctors to day on the 26th I hope your not open

What a joke of a medical clinic. I have been going to this clinic for 6 years. Only to be told that I am no longer excepted there as a patient. Because my doctor moved out of province. What is the point of a medical Clinic that has other doctors but won’t see a patient that has been going there for 6 years.

"Dr". Aimn Dhan was rude and condescending with no manner and patience. Treated patience w/ no respect. Was looking for a doctor, but after my experience, I'd never go back even for a walk-in

I can't speak for the other doctors (as I've not seen them) but Dr. Andrew Kelly has been my and my 2 boys family doctor for a few years now and we think he's great! I'm comfortable discussing any issue with him and feel listened to. It's a busy clinic but he never makes me feel rushed. He's great with my boys as well. Dr. Kelly is a credit to his profession.

Our family dr is absolutely amazing! I'm sad we haven't been going here my whole life. Dr. Kelly is very compassionate and LISTENS to all our concerns. Some other reviewers have mentioned the staff at the clinic being abrassive, and while yes I sometimes when I call I get someone who seems to be in a foul mood, I've never encountered this in person. The staff is always very friendly and kind, and i would never let "phone tone" deter me from going to this clinic. I appreciate that they are always diligent in getting me in quickly, and I never have to wait weeks to get in like I have at previous clinics. I would definitely recommend.

Dr. Melvin Lavalee has been our family doctor since we moved here in Strathmore 2 years ago. And i can say that he’s great on his profession and very kind too! I remember i told him that i have fears on any kind of surgery even the easy ones like those simple procedures for outpatient. I had a mucocele and he did a great job taking it out with so much comfort. He made good referrals too for my husband who needed to see an eye specialist due to stye on his left eye and the the specialist made a perfect job doinh the surgery.

Dr. Lavalee has been very good to my kids too.

Dr. Kumery has been a fantastic dr for me, going above and beyond, dealing with my constant compilations as I have a very complicated illness.
However, I made a phone appointment last week a d was supposed to call me on this past Thursday at 1pm. I.waited around all day waiting for his call.. he did not call, I then phoned the office Friday morning explaining the situation to the front desk admin, and her response was " I'm not surprised" I explained my situation as it is time sensitive and she said she would write him a e-mail, an I would be getting a call by end of day Friday. Again no call, so I called back friday at 3:30pm.. sat on hold for 25min, then got a recording saying this line does not take messages and the office has now closed! I had to go to a walk in clinic where they ordered some tests and ultrasounds , however the ultrasound place does not open till Monday.. I may have to reschedule my infussion date that is this coming Wednesday, and am really confused and frustrated with this whole situation that could have been resolved had I received the phone call I was booked for.
